Abysmal online service. Forces one time customers to make an account even when paying with 3rd party app. Hidden fees all over the place. 175 character limit for sympathy cards. No question this company is harvesting data. Will never use again.

What the picture you show is definitely not you order. Makes the sender look cheap. The bouquet Cotten Candy has pink and white roses mini carnation. Pom pom mums greenery and very full. What the recipient got was three pink roses and spider mums, no mini carnations,cheap as can be. What a birthday surprise. Whom ever filled the order needs to be fired!

Do not order from this company!!! The flowers we ordered were to be delivered two days later on a Friday. They did not arrive on the promised date. When the company was called they said that the flowers would be delivered two business days later on Tuesday. They still were not delivered and the company is saying on Wednesday they won't be delivered until next week. That is over a week past the original delivery date. That is not acceptable.

I ordered flowers and then got an email stating there was a nice credit available on the next order. I decided to go and use it and the system would not let me use it! When i sent an email asking why couldn't I use it there response was "they had already discounted it so cant discount it again." Well, they ALWAYS show a site wide discount so that means you can NEVER use the "discount" coupon they send you!

This is the worst company ever to deal with. I would give them a negative review if possible. My son ordered flowers for his girlfriend and they were to be delivered and never came. Upon calling we were promised they would be delivered the next day. No flowers again. I have called 5 times to try and get my son’s money refunded.

They offer same-day delivery but they never get it done. They charge you $15 handling fee +3 dollars to deliver it same day and then don’t deliver it the same day. I’ve had this happen three times now this is the worst company in the world. I ordered the flowers for a funeral and one hour after I ordered the flowers, they emailed me stating that they weren’t gonna be able to deliver them not using the number that they require you to provide them in case there’s an problem with delivery because they don’t want you to cancel your order. They send you a small email letting you know that they weren’t going to deliver it when it’s too late to order any other flowers , hoping that you just stick with them and they don’t have to offer same-day. It’s a scam.

After I ordered flowers from them my card was charged to enroll with free shipping.com. I did NOT enroll with freeshipping.com!

Do not order flowers from this site! Ordered the premium bouquet and got the cheapest one advertised. Delivery person arrived late and handed me the flowers. Very unprofessional!

What a flipping train wreck of a business!! I spent $75 on what was supposed to be a beautiful bouquet of flowers. I paid extra for 18 roses and the premium package to send to my grieving step son and his wife. Well let's just say I was extremely embarrassed after seeing the pic of what was sent to them. The roses were the only bloomed flower, they were half dead and half missing! The bouquet looked like it was taken out of the trash no lie!! When I called to complain they only offered me a 20% refund. I said that wasn't good enough. I wanted them to send them what I purchased, but they said they couldn't. The rep put me on hold to " so call speak to her team " she gets back on the phone and tells me they're going to refund me the full amount. Well 2 days later I noticed they only gave me back $23. Needless to say I will be calling back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt by fixing their wrong so I wasn't going to leave a comment at all, but they did me dirty so yeah don't waste your time or money buying anything from this company unless you want to be highly let down and regret it! The pics show what I ordered and what they received.

I received an email verifying my order. I checked on its status and no order could be found. I have the charge showing up on my bank account. It’s too late to order again because it was supposed to be delivered today. I am very upset and will never use them again .

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my fiance 2/23/24 @ 9:41am. I paid for expedited service guaranteed within 4 hr delivery time. The address and recipient details provided. @ 11:30am received a call from cust service confirming address and recipient even though placed initially when ordering. I did verify 4 hr window for delivery as guaranteed. I was told yes indeed. @ 2:05pm I called and stated that no notification received about delivery. They called florist and after waiting 7 mins on hold they hung up on me. Called again at 3pm was told that the expedited additional cost was refunded and it will be delivered before 5pm. I called my fiance who left work at 5:05pm and nothing delivered. I called customer service, saying that florist just said it left florist @ 4:59pm and is on the way. I told them don't bother as she leaves 5pm. I requested them to return $75.57 spent back to me. They kept insisting several times to deliver to the house and get 20% off. I stated it was a special day for us and if they can't keep to their promises they shouldn't make them and have people pay additional for it. Bottom line they have done this to me 3 times already. You think I would of learned. But this is the last time. Luckily I got a refund to my PayPal account or I was going to contest it. Buyer be ware and Stay far from this company! Order # 428460198

From You Flowers is a terrible company. I have had issues with this company three times now. The never deliver on time. I paid extra for same day delivery but it wasn't delivered at the time they promise. The other issue is that they never offer a refund when one is do. They only offer a gift certificate. NEVER AGAIN.

Very upset they didn’t bother to call me after I paid die expedited service for delivery today at 12. Very upsetting and he had the nerve to just refund me just $8.86 cents. They are completely a scam and rip off.

I ordered flowers for my Boss for her birthday and paid the expedited fee to get there before noon. Well now nobody knows what time my order will be there and she leaves at 2 o’clock. The reason I paid the extra fee now I’m nervous to see what the arrangement looks like or if it’ll even get there in time.

First, I placed my order two full days before delivery. They charged me expedited shipping. Today is delivery day. They said that it would be delivered in the morning. It is now 6:00 p.m. and no one knows where my order is. Obviously not delivered. The recipient is very ill and we are all really upset.

Ordered The succulent trio for a funeral. Spent $70 plus with delivery. Believe me this tiny tray with three small succulents were nothing like the website. a total rip off. I will never use this company again a total rip off.

I would give them negative ratings if I could. When I put the address in their website there was nothing telling me they could not compete the order for the next day. The next day I received an email about 6pm letting me know the flowers were not going to arrive until the following day. Not great but ok I guess. However, the next morning I received yet another email telling me that they could not deliver to the address provided. At no time was I informed of this as I was making the order two days ago. I was given a choice to have it delivered to another address or order something else that could be delivered. Um. No. I asked for a refund at that point. This wouldn’t be that big of a deal except it was for my sister’s birthday, and she had just lost her husband to cancer 2.5 weeks ago. I was hoping flowers might brighten her day a little. Instead I had to apologize for the flowers not being able to be delivered. Totally unacceptable and disappointing.
