“Elegi unas Rosa rojas para mi madre y una caja de chocolates. Le llego unas cuantas flores de diferentes colores y una caja de chocolates con 4 ridiculos chocolates ( la culpa fue mia por q los compre sin saber q clase de chocolates eran y cuantos venian) pero ellos no lo muestran ... que decepcion pero es la primera y ultima vez q compro alli siempre compre en otros lugares y el servicio es excelente pague casi 90 dollars para nada no lo recomiendo. Les muestro lo q yo queria”

“The flowers came by UPS. The roses were wrapped in a box with the stems hanging out and you had to put it together yourself. The flowers looked NOTHING like what I ordered and they weren’t delivered on time. The only good thing I can say at that their email customer service was fast. I did end up getting a full refund.”

“I ordered the “Be Happy Bouquet” for $64 & “Take Care Teddy Bear” for $89, super expensive but wanted something cute for my boss’s daughter who is going through a really tough time at the hospital for her surgery. She’s not having it easy, sadly. So we, her friends at work, wanted to send her something cute to let her know we’re thinking of her and since she’s a little cute girl, we wanted to give her more than just flowers, a teddy bear. Unfortunately, something to note is both came in separate deliveries to the hospital… only the flowers made it. The teddy bear says it was delivered but when called to ask if they’ve received the bear, they said they hadn’t. I contacted the company and they said because it says it was delivered they weren’t able to assist me. Please keep that in mind before ordering!! I would never purchase again for it being a super expensive bear and the patient at the hospital never receiving it. I was super bummed about it.”

“Paid almost $80 for flowers, what we got looked nothing CLOSE to what we ordered. Could’ve gotten a similar floral arrangement from Walmart for much cheaper. Such a shame they don’t let you leave reviews on their website.”

“Terrible....I ordered flowers candy and a bear to be delivered before 12 to my wife at work as a surprise for our 6 year wedding anniversary. They called my wife to tell her they were running late and tried to get her to stay at work which not only ruined the surprise but defeated the whole purpose. I will never use them again. They did a partial refund but my wife and I only get 1 anniversary each year they really messed this one up.”

“What I ordered was a spray for my aunts funeral. The flowers were pretty but it was not a spray. I also paid for a banner that was to say Beloved Aunt. No banner at all, never again!!”

“They ruined my plans for my girlfriend's birthday by failing to deliver the bouquet of flowers and other gifts I ordered. I placed my order one week in advance to be delivered to her workplace. I made a special note that they deliver before 3 pm. I called, and they said it was okay. But they did not deliver until around 5 pm that day when I got a call from the florist. I told them I had to change to a home address because my girlfriend had left her workplace by then, and they said that was okay, but they still never delivered to her home. It was a horrrible experience and I will never recommend their service to anyone. I eventually got a refund, but they ruined my birthday plans for her. No amount of refund can make up for such a disappointment!”

“Zero rating. Company is a fraud. Ordered premium balloon package with a teddy bear and chocolate. Even paid for expedited delivery. After several calls, finally got refund. Ruined my Anniversary aa my husband is recovering from a stroke. Said delivered but scam No delivery at rehab where he is recovering. Avoid this company!”

“What I ordered did not match what I selected.cotton design, and got daisies, the base, the lace was different. I paid for early delivery and flower were received in the afternoon.”

“Not even a star!!! CHEATED!! Not Recommend!!!! Ordered flowers for birthday and got "DELIVERED IN THE BOX" instead of delivering in a vase like in the picture. So, I have to put in a vase by myself. How could this be an arrangement?? I can buy flowers from a market and put it in a vase with cheaper price.”

“I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered an arrangement with 18 roses, their premium arrangement. They were for my mother's birthday. The flowers arrived, packed very tightly in the box. Some were wilted and others were either broken or crushed. They gave me a full refund, okay, that part is okay. They offered to send a replacement arrangement. That arrangement was worse than the first arrangement. I will NEVER use From You Flowers again. I do not recommend that anyone orders from them. Absolutely horrible experience!”

“100% DO NOT RECCOMMEND! Received a email stating the company didn't have the flowers in stock to complete the order and will be substituting them.. Fine no Biggy! Then received another one the morning the flowers were supposed to be delivered stating they never heard back from me and wont fill the order until they do.. NOWHERE on the original email did it say I needed to confirm this. When I called the guy (who barely spoke English) said they would push the order through for the normal early delivery (Which I already paid extra for) THEN Got another email stating they wouldn't make it in the window I requested. (business hours) So I called and stated these were going to a business and he basically said OH WELL! I ultimately had to cancel the order and rush over to a local florist and have them make me an arraignment last min.. So unprofessional and horrible customer service!”

“I ordered flowers today for delivery today to a friend who's brother passed away. The florist is in the same town as the delivery address. I placed a call gave the order # to some person I could just barely understand, he advised at 3:20PM the flowers but they would graciously refund my $5.32 same day delivery fee which advised him was irrelevant, I just wanted the flowers delivered. He gave me the usual bs. As of 3:44PM still no flowers!”

“The situation is very simple. The day before I made arrangements to have birthday flowers sent to a middle school. I asked could it be in the morning. The guy said it's possible. What he did not say was that it would be arriving UPS no later than 7:00 p.m. I thought it was a local florist. Obviously it's not. Three dozen of roses arriving UPS is ridiculous. Please do not do business with these people.”

“One-star for delivering on time but the quality and size of the flowers were well below expectations. I couldn't believe it was a "Large" bouquet; it was about the size of a small bouquet from Trader Joe's for 10x the cost. There are plenty of other flower delivery services. Avoid this one.”
