“I placed an order lastweek for my friend who's recently was diagnosed with cancer..I ordered dozens of pink roses & she received maybe 8 white roses..which is not what I ordered called to make a complaint the man who I spoke to was very rude & said he can only due 20 percent off & hung up on me after requesting to speak with a manager..I would never used this company again, definitely not worth it..”

“This is not the flowers I ordered. I chose you over 1-800 flowers but shouldn't have. The flowers are horrible; no balloons. There is nothing that says Get Well with these flowers. And the vase is abhorrent. I paid good money for a poor flower arrangement. Your ratings on Google must be fake. I tried to upload a picture of those ugly flowers, and of course, it didn't work.”

“FromYouFlowers were the first florist to show up and had wonderful reviews. Actually the business is terrible. and expensive. and did not deliver on the promised day. And flowers were old. And they credited me for the same day charge and the late delivery. But not to my charge card but a credit to spend more money with them. THE person FORGOT to tell me that aspect. I agree. Call your local florist No matter what the discount is”

“Totally dissatisfied with these people. They have truly embarrassed me and my staff, by not providing ANY service. Floral arrangements were made, days in advance, for a very special occasion, and they faild to deliver on time, or at all. it is now two days past the special occasion and they are still saying they are waiting on the florist. They state that NO florist has the floral arrangements I am requesting. Not true. They have the arrangements but 80.00 more that this company has posted on their web site, so the florist is not filling the order. Im now two days without what I paid for, and they want to bicker about giving me a full refund.”

“Very disappointed! Paid $78 for flowers to be delivered for my wife’s birth day. I bought the purple bouquet because it’s her favorite color. It even had “purple” in the title of the bouquet. They came pink, bright pink. Wilted leaves and wilted petals. Not even the same arrangement that I ordered. I am so disappointed and embarrassed that she received them. I also paid extra for a birthday balloon that wasn’t even inflated more than halfway. I contacted customer service and they refunded me $20. So I still pid $70 for the wrong bouquet, wrong color, and dead petals and leaves and very dead balloon.”

“Please think about using another florist before you use them. I placed my order three days before my sisters funeral. on the day of the funeral the flowers never showed up. I was so devastated as this spray was to represent nieces and nephews. I called to get a refund and they were still trying to send me the flowers. I was in the funeral procession going to the military cemetery. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!! and will be reporting them to BBB.”

“This is the second time I’ve ordered and had an issue. Paid for the expedited service (before noon) and it’s 3 pm and they still haven’t been delivered. I called (3 times) to be told, rest assured, they be delivered before 6. That’s not what I asked for and paid for. This is the second time. Here is information from the website.”

“The WORST florist on the internet. NEVER deliver when they are supposed to. Flowers look NOTHING like what was pictured and ordered. Save your money and buy them from the lady on the street corner and you will have a better product and experience!!”

“DO NOT give your business to From You Flowers!!!! They are the WORST! I tried them several times within a three week period . I sent two arrangements to friends. Next I sent flowers for a funeral, and paid for Sunday delivery as the funeral was scheduled for 10 am. They NEVER made it. They gave me $75 in attempts to rectify the non delivery and refused my money back. However The following week I used the $75 gift certificate and I sent another funeral arrangement and again it was for a Monday at 10 am service. The flowers were not delivered until the day of the funeral after the funeral was OVER at 11:45. When I called I spoke with 3 representatives/managers who said “the flowers were complimentary. The also will not identify the contracted florist who makes/delivers the flowers. WTH???? In addition, some of the customer representatives are from other cultures and understanding them was highly difficult. I am a business owner and integrity is important. Take your business elsewhere!!!! Oh, then they sent me via email another $25 gift certificate which I will NOT use. Money is green and it spends anywhere!”

“We ordered flowers that were supposed to be delivered within three days to a relative's funeral and they never arrived. They tried to "satisfy" me by giving me a $20 off gift certificate, which I declined because I will NEVER buy an arrangement from here again. We spent almost $90 on one arrangement. Do NOT buy flowers from this company!!!!”

“Elegi unas Rosa rojas para mi madre y una caja de chocolates. Le llego unas cuantas flores de diferentes colores y una caja de chocolates con 4 ridiculos chocolates ( la culpa fue mia por q los compre sin saber q clase de chocolates eran y cuantos venian) pero ellos no lo muestran ... que decepcion pero es la primera y ultima vez q compro alli siempre compre en otros lugares y el servicio es excelente pague casi 90 dollars para nada no lo recomiendo. Les muestro lo q yo queria”

“The flowers came by UPS. The roses were wrapped in a box with the stems hanging out and you had to put it together yourself. The flowers looked NOTHING like what I ordered and they weren’t delivered on time. The only good thing I can say at that their email customer service was fast. I did end up getting a full refund.”

“I ordered the “Be Happy Bouquet” for $64 & “Take Care Teddy Bear” for $89, super expensive but wanted something cute for my boss’s daughter who is going through a really tough time at the hospital for her surgery. She’s not having it easy, sadly. So we, her friends at work, wanted to send her something cute to let her know we’re thinking of her and since she’s a little cute girl, we wanted to give her more than just flowers, a teddy bear. Unfortunately, something to note is both came in separate deliveries to the hospital… only the flowers made it. The teddy bear says it was delivered but when called to ask if they’ve received the bear, they said they hadn’t. I contacted the company and they said because it says it was delivered they weren’t able to assist me. Please keep that in mind before ordering!! I would never purchase again for it being a super expensive bear and the patient at the hospital never receiving it. I was super bummed about it.”

“Terrible....I ordered flowers candy and a bear to be delivered before 12 to my wife at work as a surprise for our 6 year wedding anniversary. They called my wife to tell her they were running late and tried to get her to stay at work which not only ruined the surprise but defeated the whole purpose. I will never use them again. They did a partial refund but my wife and I only get 1 anniversary each year they really messed this one up.”
