“I’d give no stars if I could I’m all about second chances but they proved me wrong again!! This is the last time I give them my money for them to not deliver my arrangements what an embarrassment on my part and theirs!!! How can you guarantee something but can follow through?? This is the second and last time you so this to me!!”

“If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered flowers for a funeral and paid extra for expedited service. Not only we the flowers jot thlivered that day as advertised, 3 days later they still have not been delivered. Thier excuse is they couldn't find a florist to deliver them. What a crock”

“I don't even need to explain myself I'll just post the what I ordered VS what I got pictures. These people are very unserious! They offered me 20% off and 15 dollar gift card. do I look like I'm ever going to order from you guys? if you can't match what's on the pictures, stop false advertising. We work so hard to find the perfect flowers and you deliver mediocre. stay away from these people guys! dont waste your time and money.”

“HORRIBLE!!! Ordered Peruvian Lilies for my dear ftiend who was celebrating her 100th birthday. Flowers weren't delivered!! They arrived one week late, wilted and some dead. Per tracking, Flowers had been transit for a week! Was told the would send new flowers, I said no way as the same thing will happen. They refunded my mo ey. AND, my card was not attached. They had no idea who sent them until I called. Unacceptable!!!”

“I ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday, and the flowers she got looks nothing like what I ordered. She sent the picture and I called them immediately because I assumed she got the wrong flowers, and someone else received hers. I was refunded $7.64 from over $60 order!”

“Horrible company buyer beware on the day of a funeral order was canceled after speaking to a supervisor the day before and being insured order would be delivered the next day for the funeral. 1 hour before the funeral I get a message via email that not 1 but 2 flower orders over $60usd had been cancelled Absolutely horrendous company. Customer service sounds like robots reading from a script including the supervisors and managers I will never do business with them again. I recommend no one else does.”

“Paid extra for flowers to be delivered before noon. Not only did they NOT get delivered before noon, they did NOT get delivered that day and missed the big occasion! They were promised the next day in the morning, but they did not get delivered until after 4 p.m.! Lousy service!”

“I ordered flowers for same day delivery. Git an email saying order was placed. A bit later, get a phone call from an 800 number saying they need to validate personal information before the order can be placed. Wanted A LOT of personal info.. I told them to cancel the order bc it was placed successfully online, and I'm not giving personal info to a random 800 number.”

“Fiancé placed order from Thailand and they emailed her to call an 800 number to verify her order. She can’t call 800 number from thailand, so she asked me to call. They completely treated me like trash…rude and dishonest people. Order your flowers elsewhere….it would have been simple to deliver these flowers or work with me to verify her order.”

“I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! I ordered a flower arrangement the day before I needed it to be delivered and paid the extra fee to have them delivered before noon. Noon came and went and no flowers were delivered. I had to stop what I was doing and call them so they would refund me the expedited charge. Then they guaranteed the flowers would arrive by 6pm which was fine because that's the latest I wanted them delivered. But no...so, I had to take more time and find out where the flowers were and wanted to cancel my order because the people I was sending them to already left from the location. At 7:15pm, they finally showed up...without the people there who should have received them. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! NEVER AGAIN!!!”

“I ordered flowers for my DIL after her grandmother passed away. I paid for same day delivery. The flowers never arrived even though they said they were delivered. I emailed customer service who said it was an error and they would send them the next day, still no flowers. This went back and forth for two more days, each day they would say they would be delivered, each day the tracking said they were delivered, each day I spoke to my DIL and she never received them. Finally was able to get a refund, ordered from another supplier and they were delivered within hours. This was very frustrating.”

“Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday, I needed them delivered to her work before she left at 12:00 pm on Friday. At 11:00 am on Friday, I get an email saying they can't be delivered until Monday. It was too late to even order any flowers at all at that point!!!”

“Ordered flowers and chocolates for my wife. Trying to do a nice thing for her because she's been so busy with work and our 1 year old daughter. Ordered two days in advance. Day of I was expecting to get a delivery notification while I was at work and wife was at home with baby. Never got one. Got home at 3pm still nothing.... website says residential deliveries are completed by 6pm. 6pm comes around, nothing. 7 pm nothing. 8 pm nothing. Customer service told me they would give me 20% off. Still hadn't even received them, so I have to pay 80% for items I didn't get?? Canceled my order, will make one hundred percent sure no one I know will ever use this company, ever. F you all right in the face.”

“I paid an additional $4.99 to ensure they would be delivered by noon. When I tracked the order, they couldn't even find it at first and it had not been delivered by 1:00. When I chatted with a representative of the company she gave me a set schedule for a residential, funeral and business deliveries. Do not order from this company! Plus they charge you an additional and hidden fee of $14.99 when you go to pay for it. Very unethical.”
