“We ordered flowers for a funeral. I called to ensuure the could deliver the flowers requested in the day requested and paid a expedited fee because it was the next day. They said they could deliver. I ordered the flowers online. However, 2 hours before the funeral, they called to say the flowers could not be delivered. It was a stand of flowers to be in the front of the church. They offered to deliver it to the deceased parents at a 20 % discount. We missed having flowers for the front of the church. Why would we send the parents a standing arrangement of flowers? No offer to send a small bouquet to the family. They were only concerned about the money and preserving the order. I finally had them consent for a smaller bouquet for the family but we felt bad because the family was counting on it flowers. So we bought peace lilys on the way to the funeral. This did not bring peace in the day we needed it. I would not trust this service.”

“Horrible flowers. They do not deliver what you order. It’s a cheap version that looks like it was done by a five year old. It doesn’t even resemble the picture. Will never order from here ever again.”

“They simple are not very good. The cost, especially delivery, is expensive (over 55% of the total cost) and for that you get the pleasure of not really knowing when or if your delivery will arrive. "From you Flowers" is the best advertisement for just contacting a florist directly.”

“I ordered a mini rose plant for a funeral. It didn’t arrive. After Very long arguments with them on the phone, they agreed to send another plant to my house in 2days. That one arrived but the condition of the plant was not acceptable. On top of this it was listed for 47.99 but I was charged 59.99 plus extra for weekend delivery. Total cost was close to 80. Will not only never use them again, will let people know about their service. Totally dissatisfied.”

“I ordered the deluxe How Sweet It Is flowers from fromyouflowers and was extremely disappointed with how they looked. The flowers looked nothing like the photo online. The online photo is deceiving, some of the flowers weren't even the same or the same color. For the amount of money I paid for the flowers, you should get what you paid for and with this business, I certainly did not. They were delivered the next day.”

“Poor presentation, the flowers look nothing like in the pictures. The arrangement is ugly in person, you can barely see a couple of roses and 4 flowers the rest of it is just leaves that are in bad shape. Complete waste of money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE”

“First time using this company, wanted to send my friend flowers for her birthday, can’t say I’m impressed. Paid for expedited shipping to ensure it was delivered before noon the next day, only to call and have them tell me it won’t be there on time, “but it’ll still get delivered today”. Doubtful it’ll even get delivered at all. Immediately offered a refund for the expedited shipping, but still, kind of needed it delivered within the timeframe I requested.”

“Horrible! Do not order!! They couldn’t deliver my flowers. I called customer service and got another country and could not even understand the person that was supposed to help me. I asked for 4 different flower arrangements and he said I couldn’t get any of them! So I asked for my order to be cancelled. He then proceeded to put me on hold and then finally says they will cancel my order! What a pain!!”

“This place is not good at all. They promise same day shipping on their website and when ordered it took four hours to even get a confirmation email. The whole day goes by without a peep from them. I called the customer service line at 5:04 and was once again promised a delivery that day( even though they don’t deliver past six and the florist hasn’t confirmed). I then was informed that my delivery had been rescheduled for Monday April 8th, two days after I initially was promised. I was promised a free upgrade to the bouquet and a written apology note with the flowers and got neither. The order delivered but I still (even though it’s been 4 hours) haven’t gotten a delivery email from from the site nor florist. If the recipient hadn’t told me that they received the bouquet I literally would not know. This website is shady and I definitely do NOT recommend. I would give this place zero stars if I could. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.”

“I mean I ordered it the same day and received them couple hours late but atleast they got delivered…I would like to add that the picture I picked DID NOT look the same as the picture did but I did send em to a hospital I’m just grateful that they were sleep when it got delivered but let me tell you about that sick looking fuzzy bear they charged me $15 for that they got from 99cent store it looked worse then the patient smh…them flowers looked like they belonged in ICU they barely lasted longer than the patient smh thanks a lot 😢 O yea charged $15 for 3 balloons and they were all the same exact balloon…1800 flowers would NEVER!!! It won’t allow me to upload these embarassing pictures 😡”

“Ordered a standing spray for my uncles funeral and was guaranteed delivery the day before the service to ensure they arrived. The day of the service and no delivery. Received an email 19 minutes before the service began stating that there was a substitution but when I called they couldn't tell me what they were substituting the order with and by this time the funeral service had already begun. They informed me that they were going to deliver the flowers to my uncles address to which I informed them that "he's dead, his address is the casket at the church they were supposed to have delivered to yesterday". I demanded a full refund which they agreed to and offered me a "free" bouquet for my next order. At this point I lost my s**t and let them know that they could take the flowers I ordered and their free bouquet and shove them right up their @ss because I don't want anything from this horrible company. Best advice...there are 3 absolute times we order flowers besides Valentines day and they tend to be graduations, weddings, and funerals; this company sucks so bad that they can't get one of the 3 times right. When ordering flowers for one of these occasions, deal directly with a local florist and not some hack third party company. Photo attached is what was ordered for my uncle but it never got delivered. 😭”

“Too bad I can't give this business ZERO stars. 45 minutes waiting while the website was "fetching" delivery options. I could have driven halfway to Milwaukee in that time, which, by the way, was where my potential order was to be delivered. Same daydelivery guarantee? BUNK Never again. Nice job FYF.”

“I should have read reviews before I ordered. It is now 2 hours past the stated time I was told delivery was going to happen. Just like too many of others have stated. False advertising. It's my fault, I fell for it so I'm writing this in hopes whoever reads this does not fall for it.”
