I was sent the wrong goods by a supplier that Frigo used. I emailed customer service as I could get no help from the supplier themselves. Georgia was very helpful and got me a full refund.

Unfortunately my parcel didn’t arrive. The customer service I received as a result was excellent. My refund was issued straight away. I would definitely use this company again. Thank you!

Outstanding customer service from Rhon @fruugo. I didn't realise I made a spelling mistake when filling out my details for an online purchase, and subsequently, did not receive email confirmation of the order or its scheduled delivery. After raising my concern with customer service, (again, unaware that I had misspelled my contact details) I was more or less immediately contacted by Rhon @fruugo, who very kindly offered to contact the retailer on my behalf and find out exactly what had happened with the order. Not only did she promptly discover the error made, but the order itself arrived soon after this intervention, much sooner than expected. A very affable yet professional correspondence throughout from Rhon gave me complete confidence that the matter would be resolved satisfactorily.

I had ordered 2 lovely bags but infortunately the post Had treid to Deliver them to a wrong adress and the bags returned to the supplier. Hannah from fruugo organized the refound of the total amount. I will stilo shop on Fruugo.

I received my order in a couple of days, much faster then I expected. Because I found it looked a bit different from the (small) photo on Fruugo's website, I wrote to Customer Service. Allthough Hannah confirmed that I had received the right order, she acknowledged my complaint. She also responded in a very friendly and positive way to the feedback I gave. And she arranged a refund, which was more then I'd expected. I find it great that Fruugo's Customer Service takes their clients so seriously and doesn't leave them frustrated or disappointed. Lots of respect! I'd definitely recommend Fruugo!

I found everything I was looking for. Even if I did not write well my email address for the confirmation email, Edit (name of your colleague) helped me and informed me that everything was well ordered.

Well at first I was worried my order was not coming. So I emailed Grace and she kindly let me know it had been sent. This put me at ease as I could not track my parcel. Due to the Covid19 it did take a little longer but I had it within 2 weeks (from UK to Australia) very happy customer
