My order didnt arrivé, they let you talk to 60 different costumer services employees so you have to explain everything over and over again and then they dont answer with a solution. They said i have my money back in 5 working days, didnt hapend ofcource. Then again they said they sended the money manually and i had to wait 5 days again. Of course didnt get anything!”

“I got scared realizing how many bad reviews fruugo received AFTER I placed an order with them. I received a hard to find watch at a great price today. Latest promised delivery date was November 8 and I got the watch November 9. In fact I received a post office note on the 8th and collected the watch on the 9th.”
“Do not trust in this online shop, they charge you very easy and fast, but if you experience any problem, they really do not care. My order never arrived, and to ask for a refund is a nightmare.. it seems that they think is nice to give you one contact person, the next day an other one; email addresses that are incorrect etc etc. They will pretend that you become an expert in their internal procedures. instead of giving you a quick and clear answer. By the way, I am still waiting for the refund, they cannot answer me when it is going to be done, even when they replied that the item I ordered was lost by mail. And not to mention that to contact Fruggo by phone is impossible.... you have to pay for the telephone call and my experience was: Thanks for calling, you are number 8 on the list... and five minutes later.. Thanks for calling you are number 8 on the list...and on and on and on.. So frustrating!!”
“I ordered a pair of Pickolino boots knowing they were coming from the U.K. They arrived well within the time frame given and in perfect condition. The best part is that even including the shipping charges I paid $50.00 less that what I would have paid in the US. For all of the customers who were not happy with their experience I would say just to be mindful of where your item is coming from before you order.”

Essentially paid alot of money for no product, complete and utter rip off.”
“This company was used to defraud my bank card. No idea who they are but they don’t reply to emails or check anything on the card . Never used them in my life and hadn’t even heard of them till money disappeared from my bank”
“My order was lost I got an email to say a replacement would be sent, when that didn't arrive I complained again, they told me to contact the retailer directly. No response from them. Go on the link for the transaction and the page never loads. This is a crowd of scum, that steals peoples money and get away with it 🤮”
