I bought a CD player for my granddaughter in June. It arrived on time but the volume button was default. After my third email they eventually responded back. They referred me to the middleman who referred me to the retailer who referred me to whoever knows. They required for the CD player to be returned to them. Fair enough, but when I went to the postshop, I was advided that the postage would be $60 - almost the same price as the CD player. I emailed FRUUGO and they sent me UK postal vouchers. As we are in Australia the Postshop didn't accept the vouchers. I emailed FRUUGO once again and they just said to send the CD player back at my own cost as they function from the UK and cannot refund me or send me the correct vouchers to return the CD player. A long story short: I am in possesion of a faulty CD player and that's it! So if you ever consider buying anything from FRUUGO, think twice. It's not worth the risk.

Be very careful if you ever decide to use Fruugo. I never will. Although the retailer, Forza Sports, did deliver my order but it was never delivered to my address directly. I had to complain that my order never arrived after their stated 2 weeks deadline only to be told to go and and pick it up from a very far post office. This cost me so much inconvenience and money and time. Other than having to drive there, pay for parking, I then had to pay the post office about one third of the cost of my order for processing fees! The scam here is they tell you your order will be delivered to your address by DHL, but then they cut their costs by delivering to a post office!!!! They didn't even bother to provide my phone number to DHL or the post office so I never even received a call to collect it. This was such a hassle, I will never use Fruugo or buy from Forza Sports ever again. Be aware!!!!

I will always trace reviews before ordering online in future. This appalling company is based in Wales I think. I ordered a camp bed 2 months ago and suddenly saw that I was slapped with a shipping charge which doubled the overall cost. I put through an international call to the customer care in Cumbria and got told that my order was with South African customs. that was 3 weeks ago. But still no delivery.I agree with the other reviewers if you are reading this then please do not even consider doing business with this company.

Scammer! The product I ordered last month never arrived. I sent them a query weeks ago and they never replied. They just leave you out in the cold once they received your money. I regretted not reading reviews on this online retailer before making a purchase. Australia ought to block this scam-retailer's website from this country.

Ordered soccer boots off this site and was very pleased with the service and how quick the products came. Even though the first boots we ordered turned out to be not in stock the money was refunded promptly. The next boots were ordered on Thursday morning and we received them the next Monday, so 4 days. And we are very pleased with the products.

i ordered in may 2019 and my item was suppose to arrive on june 5th, however it is yet to be received. their contact centre number is not rechable, they do not reply to emails and facebook messenger, i feel they stole my money and hence i do not recommend anyone to buy from Fruugo. my order ID is: 10867516

The biggest scam!!!!!!! Have no words for the level of this ridiculous service - ordered 3 items, one arrived in the wrong colour, the second one was reimbursed and the last never reached and after several emails I was never reimbursed. Never use this website for deliveries to Dubai.

EVERYTHING WENT WRONG . THEY ARE THE WORST. THEY WERE IMPOSSIBLE TO DEAL WITH. MY PRODUCT ARRIVED A MONTH AFTER IT WAS ORDERED WITH NO EXPLANATION. THEN I WANTED TO RETURN IT THEY SAID TOO MUCH TIME HAD PASSED. THEN THEY FINALLY AGREED TO RETURN IF I SHIPPED BACK AT MY EXPENSE. COST 285$ TO DO SO FOR A 1000$ JACKET. REJECTED BY CUSTOMS AND THEN SENT BACK TO ME, EMAILED THEM AGAIN THEY SAID SORRY IT IS TOO LONG FROM TIME OF PURCHASE. WANT TO HELP ANYONE ELSE FROM GETTING RIPPED OFF

THEY ARE THE WORST BUSINESS EVER. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT COST ME OVER 300$ TO TRY AND RETURN SOMETHING THAT WAS REJECTED BY CUSTOMS AND I AM STUCK NOT ONLY PAYING FOR THE ITEM BUT THE CUSTOMS CHARGES. THEY WERE RUDE, AND NOT AT ALL HELPFUL IT IS SHAMEFUL AND I WILL POST EVERYWHERE TO MAKE SURE OTHER INNOCENT BUYERS ARE NOT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THEM. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE PROVIDER. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.

Terrible company to deal with. I ordered a pair of running shoes which were too small. Sent them back for next size up. That was 2 months ago. Now I am trying to find what is happening. They do not respond to messages in the account, and now they will not even respond to emails. I now have to wait for 6 months and will be putting in a small claims through the legal courts to get money back and compensation. No happy. I would stay away. Greg. UK.

I wish I would have read the reviews for this joke of a company before placing my order. A simple jacket order has turned into such an ordeal. I was searching for a hard to find jacket, and happened to stumble across fruugo. Thinking I was ordering directly from them, I placed my order. That was the start of what turned out to be a 4 week headache. Fruugo upcharges you, then send your order to a third party to fill. Had I of known, I would have just ordered through the retailer directly and saved $150 fruugo upcharge and received my haven’t in three days. Instead, a week after placing my order, I contacted fruugo for an update and they said they needed a copy of my credit card statement to release my order which I have never heard of before ever! After sending that, I didn’t hear anything for another week. Then, I finally review a response that my order was released to the retailer, and after several unanswered calls and emails, I still didn’t receive my jacket for another two weeks. I had to basically hunt them down, call and email daily with no response. They are a complete scam and waste of time and money. Stay far away!!!

I have two bad experiences with Fruugo The first experience; two orders made the same day and delayed, by weeks and week, I was the one following up, and they finally said they needed my PO box number. That would have been useful to know eeks prior when placing the order. The part of the order that was 'on its way', finally arrived in Dubai but delivered to the post office, WHICH I THEN HAD TO GO COLLECT MYSELF AND PAY EXTRA FOR THE DELIVERY! This is NOT how e-commerce works. The other order was cancelled completely with no explanation, they did return the money. My second experience was slightly better but still poor. My order took one month which is quite pathetic in today's market. Again, they asked for postcode. Sure, I provided it, but if you need postcodes THEN MAKE THE FIELD COMPULSORY! Seriously I don't know how they are going to survive. I'm done with them.

Fruugo is a scam. Be aware!!!!!! I have now been patient for 10 weeks and i have not received my goods ordered from Fruugo website. While on the site i was promised 7-8 working days. They keep on giving me soppy stories of this and that and I don't believe them any more. I have asked for a refund 3 weeks ago and was told that they have no control over shipment and keeps promising me 8 weeks for delivery. It's been 10 weeks now and still nothing. I think they lead you on just so they can scam more people out of their money. I have asked twice after 10 weeks for a refund and only get ignored. Be aware of getting scammed..
