“I received the product quickly, however the box was not fully closed, upon inspection, the product was 1) missing parts and 2) broken. This was unacceptable in that it was for a baby and obviously I can't let baby anywhere near broken wood! I have been in contact with Fruugo several times now, albeit, it appears they only have one person dealing with issues in Ireland. I was advised that they had contacted the courier and distributor on the 8 June. I chased several times and kept getting brushed off or asked the same questions repeatedly. Today, after advising Fruugo that the treatment was unacceptable, I received an email advising that I had to send item back, and pay for this, they would then reimburse me. I have no return information on the box and therefore can't send back. Furthermore, I am loath to pay anymore money as i suspect i won't receive any monies from them. I have never had such a bad experience from any online providers. I would not recommend using Fruugo”

“Do not use this company!!! Wish app delivers faster!!! Been a month since we ordered from them. Talked them twice through email to try and find my package since they gave me a bogus tracking number. Both times they said it just arrived in the country and is waiting clearance. It's amazing how two weeks in a row it just arrived. Refused to refund my money till package finally arrives and then I spend the money to ship it back and once they receive it then I can get my money back. It means the case does not open or close easily and will put strain on the other hinge. Are you able to send me a hinge please or another case. I can not contact you any other way.”
