“The company is scam, almost impossible to find customer service contact. I ordered an item that never arrived and as it looks like they do not intend to return the money.”

“Fruugo claimed to have a roof rack for my Mazda. Everyone else was sold out. They verified the order and took my money 17 days ago. I got a notice .the product was coming from Micksgarage. I finally receive a message from the seller saying the item wasnt in stock,they would re-stock the following day and I'll receive it 2 days after that.
The problem is I keep telling them to refund me because the item was never shipped in the first place and as a customer who read their terms and conditions should be refunded.
So that was a further 3 messages ago..and still nothing!
Trading standards is the next step..
I am currently in the process of contacting them,maybe the only way to get my refund.
The lack of customer service is disgraceful.

“Avoid avoid avoid.... Fruugo is a total scam! I ordered some kids toys online with them since they stated on their site 7 days dispatch. What they actually mean, and you find this out afterwards is your order is confirmed and dispatched to a retailer within 7 days, after that it can be whatever time frame the retailer decides on. In my case I’ve been waiting 5 weeks and nothing, I’ve contacted Fruugo, they just say to contact the retailer, contact the retailer they say the order was placed with Fruugo not them, take up the issue there instead..... ITS A SCAM FOLKS! Buy anywhere else if you can! I’ve written off the $150 I spent with them, assumed I’ll never receive my order since you can’t get an answer out of anyone. Fruugo wash their hands of your order and obligation the second they pass it to a retailer. An absolute joke.”
