I too, never got my order. It was ordered May 6, 2020 and as of July 11th nothing. My son is so disappointed. You have no clear help line to speak with someone from the company. I contacted my financial institution to get my money back. PayPal sent me this message: You filed this dispute with your financial institution or credit card company, and not with PayPal. We can't provide additional details or updates on this claim because we don't have access to your financial institution's investigation details. So, I highly recommend not to do business with this company.

Never got my order! Been over a month since it shipped! All they can do is blame COVID 19 and tell me to wait a few more days! Never again will I buy from this company! Navigation of their site to try and ask about your order is almost impossible! I’ve asked for a refund but seriously doubt I will ever see it! Do not order anything from them! You will never see it! No tracing number is provided so tracking your order isn’t an option. Even overseas shipping shouldn’t take this long! Go somewhere else! Do not give the, your money!

I did not receive anything. Before i paid they said wait 24 hours and after i paid they said 14 days.

Supposed to ship from canada2 to 5 business day shipping. Was shipped from UK. Try to cancel my order 15 min after payment, because wrong color shown on picture. After 3 email, no reply and they shipped the item 2 hours later. Do not use this site!!!

Placed an order in May . Never received my product . When I sent an email to fruugo , said I had to contact the seller. Fruugo was the only contact info I had . No money back no product . Never again

I have been trying to get answers for more than 2 months. Email after email and they tell me they are looking into it and then it goes quiet again. Scammers - I have to cancel the transaction at my bank. Will never buy off this site again.

FRUUGO are SCAMMERS. WATCH OUT! I tried to buy some things from Fruugo in May2020. They just took my money immediately then never sent anything, to this day I havent got my money back. And the customer service is garbage/ plays stupid gives different excuses for why they cant send the package to you (e.g. lost in delivery) and wants you to pay more money for sending it again, trying to scam you of more money.

Placed an order with u two months ago and was promised delivery by 22/5/20 emailed 3 weeks ago was told to email retailer was then told that order was on the way and wait a few more days. Have tried emailing since and I have been ignored. I have come to the conclusion that u r just scammers.

If I could give them negative stars I would. Money taken for my order a month ago; order has not arrived; constant messages to both Fruugo and Assured Products are just being ignored so I have to conclude that I've been ripped off by a bunch of bandits.

This company is a piece of s**t. Fraud & scamming at its absolute finest. I am taking this forward for action because I am absolutely appalled at what I have been through. Starting from their broken website that would not let me remove products from my cart. To me selecting a size & that not being what showed on the payment screen. I received no confirmation email, I signed up to make an account so I could change the size of the shoes before they went sent to me. Queue extremely poor customer service. I think I have sent 15 emails, 3 responses. ZERO help. Repeatedly asked to be refunded. No Help & now they are just not responding. This is disgusting.

I’ve ordered Nexguard for my dog almost two months ago and I still have not received it. All attempts to contact fruggo have been fruitless. Half their web site does not work I think I’ve been scammed!!!! I will be calling my cc company to have the charges reversed. Stay away from this company.

Avoid at all costs! Order never received. I have asked for refund, never got a reply, the email address recommended it not functional nor access to your account on their platform. Unlike other online retail platforms, you get to know the name of the actual retailer and delivery time only after you pay and the order is confirm. (my retailer is apparently in China with 1 month deliver OR fruugo. Itself is simply a Chinese company with a mailbox. I ordered 2 identical bottles of Eau de Toilette, but only received one although the packing slip stated 2. The packing box was only big enough for 1 bottle which is evident on the picture I have sent. I have contacted Fruugo on 4 occasions, with my last email from 'Hannah' telling me to refrain from sending further emails, and that my complaint would be treated as urgent. This has been 3 weeks since raising a complint. I have had no further contact from Fruugo and still awaiting either a refund or the 2nd item. I would strongly advise to avoid this company

Got my product (resistance bands) but broke within 2 minutes of using them. Wrote to seller to get refund, no reply. So wrote to fruugo and they replied saying they would inquire. Its been 1 week and I havnt heard anything still and i see the problem is set as "resolved". Terrible products, terrible customer service.

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They should be condemned. I ordered a simple lotion and never received a tracking number even. Impossible to reach them by any media.
