“NEVER EVER buy anything from this outfit.
I ordered a pair of shoes. A delivery time of a few days was stated when I ordered.
When I received the acknowledgement of purchase I was shocked to see that the "dispatch" date would be more than 2 weeks hence.
This is dishonest and sharp practice.
They notified dispatch on the day after the promised dispatch date with the further bombshell that delivery would be take a further 10 days.
The help-line and tracking-facility of fruugo.ie have been impossible to access.
These people are dishonest. I am now going to ask my credit card company to refund my money.”

“If there was a minus rating that is what I would give. These people shipped an order 2 days after I cancelled it, which was 37 min after I ordered. The seller told me they are closed on Sundays but I guess they can still take your money on Sundays! It shipped to Canada from the UK so now to send it back it will be almost what the order is worth...do not order from this company!”

“Still waiting for my shoes after six weeks. Fruugo customer service is slow and unhelpful. First I was told the items were stuck with Royal Mail, then held up in UK customs, then lost in transit, then "arrived in destination country". Only problem is the tracking link shows that country to be Brazil. I am in Australia! I have requested a refund multiple times but they just ignore the question and keep telling me the shoes will arrive one day. I do not believe them. This is the worst online shopping customer service I have ever experienced. Do not buy from Fruugo.”
“Its 10 days since the generous two week delivery window closed and the product has not arrived. They gave me a link to a website in Chinese that obviously did not work and also makes no sense a the product was coming from The US. Then they gave me a number for the local postal service which does not exist in their system.
Customer service is almost non-existent with no phone option.

I ordered sneakers from this site. I have tried to return them, and each email has been ignored or replied back with a phony auto message. You can't get them by phone, only email which they purposely ignore you unless you send 5 a day.
This company should be shut down, they love to steal your money.
