Although the company which supplied the items we ordered sent several wrong items I have been very pleased with the way the matter has been sorted out. Emma has kept in touch throughout and been very helpful and professional in bringing the matter to a satisfactory outcome for which I would like to thank her.

Georgia was more than helpful and dealt with my query efficiently. I was frustrated initially as I got myself into a loop - but she quickly sorted it out and so cannot say how happy it has made me!!!

Tracking was fair Product is good promised in 14 days but was a week late however i kept in touch with Fruugo via email and they were very helpful

Nicole at Fruugo was incredible. I appreciate immensely her help in ensuring i received my full refund including shipping. Unfortunately Australias border force refused entry of my ordered pet food.

Unfortunately, the fees like shipping and customs were overrun, after complaint Fruggo took over the customs fees. This should be more visible. Thanks anyway for the goodwill.

My query was dealt with by Nicole who was excellent. She liaised between me and the vendor to try to find a solution and when the solution from the vendor didn't work, arranged a refund. Thank you.

In these unprecedented times Frugo have been enormously helpful in making sure their market place delivers goods no matter what the difficulty. I found them prompt , and easy to contact to respond to locating my lost order, which has now arrived. Thank you Frugo for being there.

I just want to talk about the customer service. They (Grace) intervened when the goods had not arrived in due time. Unfortunately the ones that arrived afterwards are not fitting.

I would like to say I got my order prity quick considering we are in a world crisis with the coronvirus , I did send an email regarding my order and I got a quick response so I would recommend this company to be safe Thankyou

Was disappointed that my order was turned away at the Australian Border but extremely happy that Fruugo refunded not only the cost of the product but also their shipping costs. Thank you.

Still haven't got my order. It was suppose to be here no later then 3-24-20. Customer service is just a recording and you can't email these people.

There was an issue with my first order (it wasn't delivered) but customer service agents Emma and Kate resolved it within a couple of days. Will shop with Fruugo in future.

I ordered for the first time in Fruugo. I never got my order which was so disappointing. Unfortunately we had to assume that it got lost in transit. However customer service in email was really good. I was helped by Georgia who was very friendly and always responded quickly. I got full refund thanks to Georgia.
