“I am delighted with the delivery. They ring to give you a time for delivery and are very prompt. I had no mess left to clear up at all. They were very pleasant men and worked well together. I can't praise them enough They were brilliant.”

“excellent delivery . 2 guys phoned me when at my property .brought by large fridge inside house upacked it cheched for damage. they were a delight to inteact with.. no rush or drama. thank you .”

“Arrived earlier than time slot rang me twice whilst at work after explaining abaut time slot I got my daughter in law to go to my home to take delivery guys got sofas in but refused to take boxes or even take them down the two flights of stairs so my daughter in law and me a disabled pensioner had to struggle to get these boxes down and now awaiting someone to come and break down for me not the best service I would expect .”

“Firstly items ordered, boxes missing no check on what should be delivered 🙈 Secondly both delivery and member of staff on the phone were rude and unhelpful. Still wrong items delivered 🙈 Really bad experience and it’s not over yet.”

“If there was an option for no stars, they would get it. They sent a delivery time and then arrived to deliver 4 hours earlier and told us we weren’t in. Their customer service is appalling, don’t expect anyone to answer or even try and help. They cut calls dead, they tell you it’s your fault. NEVER AGAIN. DO NOT USE FURDECO”

“Great service , kept informed all the way either by text, email or phone. Friendly delivery people,they unpacked my dining chairs so l was able to inspect them. Would be happy if they were involved in any further orders. Thankyou”

“Very efficient and polite delivery guys. They text my delivery day which I was able to change by phone without any problem. Text the day before delivery then again day of delivery with a more accurate half hour time slot.”

“Emailed a few days before with ETA, Rang beforehand on the day. When they arrived they checked it was for me then unloaded the freezer. I told them to leave in the box outside the house but the kept offering to help unpack and position it, which they did. Then off onto their next job. Excellent service, very polite. Well recommended.”

“My rising sofa arrived this morning at unfortunately 6.15am this Morning when I was still asleep in bed. The schedule said by email that it was due to arrive between 10am and 1pm this morning. I have worked in retail latterly and the rule is nothing should be delivered until 8am to respect family privacy. I had not prepared the room in which the chair was to be positioned so it came as quite a shock to be awakened that early…not too happy with that.”
