“Furdeco followed exactly what they said they would do. I was told when the delivery would take place. The day before I was given a 3 hour time slot. The delivery was made in that slot. The two delivery men were very helpful. I thoroughly recommend this service. Thank you.”

“Really polite and efficient. Pointed out a mark on the bed base and offered to take back but we chose to accept it. Removed their shoes when walking on carpets and took away all packaging. Couldn't fault them.”

“Arrived early. Asked which room for delivery. Checked no issue getting furniture into the house. Spent lots of time making sure everything was how it should be. Very professional and courteous personnel. Would highly recommend.”

“They told me the day they would deliver and the time slot for delivery. Then rang me ten minutes before delivery. Put item in room of my choice. All good. The delivery man was M214 and was very efficient.”

“Ordered a drawer set from Oak world. These delivery guys are brilliant. First of all you get regular updates via email & text of the delivery time slot. On the day of the delivery they ring you to advise of the delivery time. The furniture is delivered & off they drive again. I know from speaking with them that they drive up from the midlands too !”

“I arrived home to find my part of my delivery on the drive as instructed and the other half in the middle of my lounge! There was note on the door telling them I wouldn’t be home and the neighbour would sign. I also had 2 separate phone calls 1/2 hour before the delivery and I explained this. I cannot believe the delivery driver entered my property without permission. I was shocked to say the Least! No what you expect from a courier service ☹️”
