“Paid for standard delivery £4.99. I received an email a day after my order and was told it had left the warehouse and would be with me soon. I am still waiting 8 days later, to be told it is coming straight from manufacturer and my deliver date is 31st January. Very dissatisfied. No communication. Unable to track, tracking simply says open. No further info. Dissapointing experience.”

“I ordered a Hallway table at approximately ,1pm on the Thursday and it was delivered the next day but earlier than arranged, fantastic service very good quality table very well packed and a very friendly delivery driver. Would definitely recommend !!”

“I absolutely love the chairs that I bought. They're excellent quality and the legs were easy to attach. They are very comfortable and I have had lots of compliments about them. The colour pink is lovely. They look great with my table.They arrived promptly and were well packaged. Delivery driver was friendly. I would definitely use furniture 123 again and would highly recommend.”

“Beautiful lamp so happy. Well packaged and able to choose delivery date. In fact it arrived 2 working days in advance luckily we were in to accept it. Excellent price and would shop with them again without hesitation.”

“I love love love 💓 my new table. It is absolutely stunning, very good quality made to last. Beautiful thick white glass with shiny chrome curved legs. Had so many compliments. Very easy straight forward purchase, arrived on time by a really polite man who was very respectful of my home. Would definitely order from here again 😊”

“The furniture is great and was a brilliant Christmas surprise for one happy child. Be warned however - it took one experienced man 8 hours to put together! Delivery was as planned and the delivery guys were very responsive. Will use 123 again.”

“Very pleased with the item, quality great and price superb. A wee bit disappointed with the delivery. I paid extra for fast delivery. Selected and confirmed Friday delivery. On the Friday morning it was informed it would then be the Monday. Later Friday the delivery company reconfirmed Monday. Then again later on the Friday confirmed the Saturday. It came on the Saturday. Not the day I paid for and continual changing by the delivery company meant I had to continually change my arrangements. It reflected on the delivery company NOT furniture 123.”
