“It is a bit tricky to put together, takes 2 people. Lovely bed but NOT same as in picture, slightly darker grey, inside is a different layout and the studs are way bigger and larger than the pictures. Happy none the less, very sturdy bed”

“I had ordered the item of furniture for my Mother. It was an excellent price. So far so good. This was ordered a week ago and I am still awaiting delivery. Apparently it might be with me in a few days time. Maybe. I do not think that I will be using this company in the future”

“my first purchase with 123 arrived damaged and i was offered a £30 e-voucher,i reluctantly ordered a second item of furniture using the e-voucher as part payment and used next day delivery for £9.99, it should have arrived on a saturday (when someone was home to accept delivery) but it is now monday and have been told it should arrive tuesday (when no one is home to take delivery), i am going to refuse delivery and have it sent back for full refund, what a total shambles and live chat never works...”

“So happy with this pink bed frame. Only little niggle is the drawer could be a little easier for children. It you don’t push it in correctly with it straight then the drawer can get caught. Other than that it’s utterly beautiful. The colour is amazing, can’t fault the delivery and i was able to get a delivery date within a couple of days! Perfect!”
