“We ordered four framed prints. Three were great but one was damaged on arrival. Customer service took a few days to reply, but once they did were very helpful and offered multiple solutions. We are happy with the prints we kept and happy with the process to be refunded on the one we keep.”

“I hoped to exchange an item because I ordered it without framing, they ended up refunding the original print and I just ordered with the frame. Prompt response time and definitely didnt expect to just get a refund. They ended up saving me a lot of time (I didnt realize how expensive framing is for big prints) will definitely shop again thank you Magali!”

“Bought a frame print from Fy. It arrive a few days later (super fast) but unfortunately the hanging wire was damaged (but the frame and print were perfect). I took some photos and contacted customer service. They got back to me promptly and offered a full refund and said I could keep the print. I was able to fix the hanging wire and now have the Devine print hanging in my bedroom. I was impressed with the print quality and super impressed with the customer service. Highly recommend 👍”
