Ordered 11th April, nothing received. I’ve tried to contact them but it’s pointless so my credit card company are dealing with it. No surprise to hear this wasn’t the first time they’d heard about this company. It was only a 10 minute call and whilst it may take a few weeks to get reimbursed, I feel much better than I did after spending weeks attempting to communicate with this incompetent, useless company.. I would recommend anyone else do this

I would have given them no stars if that were possible. Do not order from this company, they take your money and dont send you the goods .

I ordered plants over 5 weeks ago, not heard a thing since. Raised two tickets on their website and both still pending, wish I had investigated before I ordered, they are vogues.

Absolutely disgusted. Placed three orders worth £130 on the 11th, 12th and 16th April and still not received anything. You don't reply to emails and can't find a phone number. I'll never use you again and would very much like a refund if i can find out to get one. My patience has gone. My advice is don't use them.

plant sent was a dead twig in a pot this company should be stopped from trading they are a rip off ordered on 9th March received on 22nd May don't hold your breath,they also do not respond to emails and blame every thing else. save your money buy from somewhere else.

I placed my order on 17th April and still not even received an update. I appreciate we are experiencing difficult times but it's now been 5 weeks and I can't find a way of contacting them. I hope this isn't a scam!

Website still up and running!! How they can morally do this is and this is how they describe themselves!! Gardening center for garden plants and flowers. The UK's No. 1 Online Specialist in the UK with Hardy plants guaranteed 5yrs I ordered but not plants and they sent me unbranded goods. I feel sorry for people who paid out a lot of money and have either received nothing after a month or what they did receive were of extremely poor quality or even dead.

Ordered on 7th april still awaiting plants cant get in touch any way i try......thy sent a generic email saying 4 to 6 weeks due to pandemic...i understand delays ay this time but getting into several weeks now....customer service is a joke....do not use this company they take your money and dont deliver the goods....

I’m still waiting for my refund on a cancelled order. The Co took the money over a month ago which is against the debit and credit card rules if they are not going to ship the same day! Orders taken too long without correspondence and chased twice heard nothing - terrible service wouldn’t use again

Just like most of the people here... I had ordered a gift for my friend birthday on 13th April which never arrived....despite numerous emails ..it was no good... I subsequently approached the bank who refunded me the money! I think it is shameful that this company is allowed to advertise their wares...Shame on you GARDENING EXPRESS

Placed an order 20th April. It said orders would take 15 days to be delivered. After they had taken my order and money they started posting messages saying it would take another 2-4 weeks. Still waiting. You can't contact them. They should not have taken my order or money if they already knew they couldn't make the order. Definitely a scam. Will contact my bank to see if they can help.

I placed my order on 13th April, to date it has not arrived. Gardening express have not replied to any of my emails, they have cut off their chat facility and their telephone number is not in service. Have you gone bust or are you a scam operator ?

Ordered in good faith on 11th April, as with other customers- no communication whatsoever! I think greed has taken over here, accepting orders that cannot be fulfilled. I understand that there will be delays, however I will be seeking refund, due to appalling customer service.

Absolutely disgusted with this company STAY WELL CLEAR 2 months and no plants but they took my money straight away, they don’t respond to any correspondence and you can’t phone them. DO NOT USE THEM

Had to wait ages for the delivery. Then when I finally got the 4 jasmine plants one was already dead others were terribly badly damaged. Packaging was disgraceful. Not satisfied at all. The company should be ashamed of themselves. Have asked for a refund but so far nothing.

Absolutely hopeless verging on a complete lack of integrity. No effective way of cancelling excessively delayed orders other than resorting to a credit card dispute. Yes Covid-19 has brought problems to us all but to continue to advertise 10-15 day delivery when many approach 6-8 Weeks and the company clearly know this is clearly miss selling. Not offering a simple mechanism for order cancellation when original delivery times can not be honoured, whether intentionally or not appears to contravene the UK distance selling regulations. Hoping Essex Trading Standards are taking a keen interest. Order with extreme caution only if you must

Still waiting since ordering on 10th April. I wish I had researched this company but thought I was buying from a reputable, independent nursery and helping them during this Covid time. Yep I’ve just helped them to my money!!! NO sign of my order. A SCAM I guess. Not sure how they can get away with such poor service. I am trying to get my money back through my bank as I cannot afford to just give my money away. I would give zero stars if I could.

Taken money for order placed on 15th April. It’s now 21st May, no response to support tickets raised (1st May) and no way of contacting them. I think I’ve been scammed 😫. Now trying to get money back via charge back.
