Promised 3/5 days then 15 days then 4 weeks for my order.8 emails and phone calls no reply had no alternative but to ask my card provider to step in there investigating them.iv waited 6 weeks.be very careful read all the reviews they are appaling.(I should have read them)

I can only echo what other reviews said. I ordered nearly£50 worth of perennials 6 weeks ago! No communication and no reply to my email. They took my money immediately! Not all online gardening sites are like this and I do recommend Beth Chatto. They were brilliant. I wish I could get a refund from GEx but don't know how. However I am not letting them get away with this. It's criminal!

Stay well away from these cowboys. Took my order just under 6 weeks ago and since then I have heard nothing. There is no way of getting through to them as they have no phones or emails. Just a so called ticketing system which just gives you a ticket but no response or follow up to the ticket. Save your money and order from a real place.

Avoid this company. Ordered a tree on 30th April which has failed to be delivered. Have co tacted the company frequently and they fail to respond.Cannot find a phone number for this company. Avoid as it appears to be a scam. Ever who is run ing the scam is using Covid 19 as a reason for not fulfilling there commitment

I ordered plants from this company 5 weeks ago, and was advised that delivery would be delayed but that I should expect them within 15 days. I have been trying to contact them to find out if my order would ever be delivered, but it is a nightmare situation. They offer no telephone service, but recommend you use their chat facility. This facility has been suspended. I emailed them and was sent a long reply informing me that they have taken on and are training extra staff to deal with this situation, which is admirable but doesn’t help me. The reviews that I have read about the quality of their plants when they eventually do arrive do not give me confidence in what I may, at some point, receive. I wish I had read the reviews first - lesson learned. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Ordered my plants 23rd April and I wish I read the reviews first . No reply no plants and they took oh £135 immediately ! I think they are scalers . AVOID . I will find a way if reporting them !

Ordered 10th April no response to tickets raised, no plants, no refund. Have reported to Trading Standards. Absolutely disgusted that they are continuing to take orders. Avoid at all costs

Placed an order on the 11th of April, no plants and no reply! Horrified to be put in this position, and it feels horrible like I have been ripped off. Please can someone on here post a link on how we report them?? I am contacting my back today for assistance. They should be closed down.

I ordered my items on 9th April. I ordered 7 different types of plants and have only recieved 2 so far on 13th May. I have raised a ticket with no response so have raised another this evening. No communication about delayed orders or plants being out of stock. Poor service.

I ordered a Buddleja on the 15th of April, I can't get a reply from a human they are still advertising that orders take up to 15 days ive been waiting 35 days and it seems I can't cancel, I think I will have to leave it to my bank to get my money back

They've taken my money obviously unable to fulfil my order. They should not have charged me until the goods where despatched. No response to my support ticket I've raised asking them to please cancel my order. No other way to contact them. The website says there is a cancel option on My Account. There isn't. I've spoken to relative to tell them and the first thing they said was 'oh no you've not ordered from them. We did and when the plants arrived they were half dead'. Worst customer service ever. I strongly advise not to order and just go to a garden centre or B &.

So very disappointed with gardening express. I placed an order on the 14th April and thought I would give them the benefit of doubt due to the current circumstances. However, still nothing and we are coming up on 6 weeks. That’s near on 6 weeks that they have had my money. No explanation, no apology. Appalling service.

Ordered 16 April, they took my money straight away. Items were all in stock (3 items, so a smallish order). Advised 3-5 days for delivery with some delays of between 2-4 weeks. Waited the 4 weeks, emailed them and raised a support ticket. No response at all. Not even the courtesy of an acknowledgment. Items now out of stock, unable to contact them and they're ignoring all messages (unless you're thanking them, in which case they find the time to respond to you). Complete and utter SCAM. Have my bank dealing with getting my money back now. I would NOT recommend and I will NOT be using them again, despite having used them previously on a few occasions. Their customer service is completely non-existent and you will need your bank to arrange the refund. Avoid the hassle.

Over 4 weeks and still no delivery, lack of updates from the company and absolutely no way of contacting them to get an update on its progress - would not recommend.

Shockingly awefull service.. Disgusting. Plants arrived EVENTUALLY.. 6 weeks they took. See the photos I took... Don't touch gardening express..they take your money immediately then don't ship for weeks and then plants were not good....actually I had 2 good roses to be fair, however 2 clematis arrived...ou look and see what you think. These should be foot high plants.. Avoid this company They don't reply or acknowledge anything you send... Nothing at all

please report them to trading standards uk and contact your bank if you have not recieved your goods within 30 days , this company should be shut down immediately, lesson i have learnt check at least 3 review companies before buying

I ordered £100 of plants from this company as their delivery times said 3-5 working days and possibly longer, and other sites said a month, so I was conned into thinking I'd get my plants from this company quicker. Turns out the others were telling the truth and this company was lying. So they took the money straight away, it didn't sit as pending on my credit card like it does with other companies until the delivery is made, and then I got a message a week later saying it could be more than a month. When I look at the reviews on here I see it's been 6 weeks for some people. And all the time they have my money. Mailed and got a quick response, but just pasting text from the FAQs saying, no refunds, even though my order has not even been touched and is still sitting at the first stage. They say I have to take delivery then return them. Crazy? And in the meantime I have no money to buy others elsewhere as they have taken my money! I would be less angry if they didn't take the money until delivery but lying about timelines and then taking money straight away is just not on. My plants may or may never arrive but I won't be using this company again due to their policies of money grabbing and lying.

I ordered on 8th April and finally got delivery yesterday of only 2 parts of order. Most of the plants were in good shape but all 5 of the loopins that I ordered were dead. I am trying to get a refund but so far to no avail! very frustating as only automated responses.
