Order initially placed 5/4/20 and money taken immediately. Plants eventually delivered 28/4/20 and were mostly dead. They had initially removed the function to be able to contact customer service, this has since been reinstalled but I am still awaiting a reply from 2/5/20. Incredibly disappointing quality and service. It would appear that comments left on their social media page which raise concerns such as mine are deleted or the user is blocked. I appreciate it is an incredibly difficult time for all businesses at the moment, but others have sensibly halted orders while they catch up on delivery and customer service queries.

I placed order on 10th april no plants and no answer to email standard reply 2 to 4 weeks delivery its know 6 weeks my email has not even been read but my money has gone into their account I think we need to speak to trading standards

Have waited 7 weeks for delivery. Have contacted them twice to cancel but they are not answering saying that they are too busy fulfilling orders (or not). They do not seem to realise that a business is more than just fulfilling orders and that 2 way customer contact is an essential part. They may realise next year when Covid has gone away and there are thousands of angry customers not wanting to order from them again.

So. Same old by the sounds of it! Money taken on 20th April out of my bank account. My order was placed in good faith that even with delays the plants might arrive within as below copied and pasted off their website. You'll love your plants! If for whatever reason you are not totally happy with your plants please return them within 14 days for a full refund. -It's as simple as that. Dispatch during these unprecedented times is currently delayed and may vary between 2-4 weeks. However, despite me raising several ticket enquiries, as I am unable as everyone else has stated to contact them by phone, I have had NO correspondence whatsoever! I am £129 down since over a month ago, and today I also have contacted my bank to raise a dispute for me. I would not recommend this company at all, and I do believe that they are very misleading with their promises and advertising! Please don't say my order is being "processed" from day one on 20/04/20 when you fail to contact me by 26/05/20

Almost a month and a half since the order was placed. A ticket was raised to enquire about the order recently and not response from their end at all. Awful communication!

I WISH I READ ALL REVIEWS before Letting myself SCAMMED by this TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!! 2 MONTH after my order - No Tree, No email, No response, No call, No refund That’s ridiculous that this company just ignore all enquiries from everyone

After waiting 8 weeks to receive my order, when it finally arrived there was a plant missing. I emailed them on many occasions to find out where the missing plant was and when I could expect to receive it. Yesterday I finally received a response which told me that the plant was definitely in the delivery and to check the package again, I think I would have noticed the large bamboo plant I ordered if it had been included in the delivery. They have basically accused me of lying. I don't know that I'll ever receive my plant let alone some form of refund. All I can say is avoid this company. They are happily taking peoples money knowing that they are unable to fulfill orders.

I have not received my order, ordered on the 21/4/20. Minimal communication, no offer of a refund. Disgusting!!! They were quick to take their money but no goods received. Do not use this company? Scam!!!!

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Ordered 10 April and as the delivery wasn’t made after 15 working days I demanded refund. This nonsense support system doesn’t work and had been ignored constantly. Then after nearly 2 months gone by( 26 May), bear in mind all the garden centres are open, I received almost dead weed-looking plants delivered. Absolutely disgusting and I laughed with a complete disbelief actually. I requested so many times refund then they rejected my requests and sent me squashed awful packaged dead plants! This company is taking advantage of lockdown and awkwardness of sending items back. I have seen numerous reviews waiting for refund too. Don’t trust Trustpilot reviews as the company can filter and showing only good ones. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Scammer!

6 weeks ago today (14.4.20) i placed my order and no plants, no communication and no way to contact them I'm just hoping that I havent been ripped off. If they couldn't at this time then close and catch up .

Do not do not use this company. order 24 April , half the order arrived 26 May, the plants are in very poor condition, The rose is about an inch high, I can’t get a refund for The rest of my order as can’t speak to anyone, they should be reported. They are a rip off. DONT USE THEM

Absolutely shocking experience with this company. They are quick to take your money, with no confirmation on my order! It’s been two month after chasing them with many many emails as they don’t have a contact number! I received an email to say that my order has been located and now accepted ! What the **** after 2 months? Unacceptable!!!! I have emailed for a refund! However again ignored after many more emails! No doubt if/ when they do arrive there will be a problem with the plans from looking at the reviews. I wouldn’t never order from here again and WARN others to STAY AWAY! FRAUD COMPANY!!!!!! They don’t have the option to pay via PayPal so I doubt I will get any money back! RIP OFF S*** COMPANY. I HOPE THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS!

Order placed 18 April. Now 25 May. No delivery. No refund. No explanation. Absolute shambles. No number to call. Other businesses rising to the challenge. This firm is failing. Rubbish.

I ordered goods 5 weeks ago today , and cannot contact them to ask where my order is . It was supposed to be 2 weeks waiting time ,then extended to 3/4 weeks ,but that is more than 5 weeks ,this is the only way I can contact them , they said in beginning that they have the plants ,and the plants are still growing ,I hope so ,but I don't want to wait till it is a tree or forest, My name is Colin reed ky59qx

Awful. Ordered mid April - arrived late and bearing NO resemblance to photos on the website and half dead. Clearly never getting a refund king at other reviews. DO NOT USE. I never ever post reviews but felt compelled to do so this time. Wish I'd read the reviews beforehand.

I have already posted on this website, however, yesterday I received an e-mail from them with an apology once again blaming Covid-19 and assuring me that my plant was in the process of being'processed'. I had already received a similar e-mail way back on April 26 after I ordered on the 18th and the payment was immediately taken from my card. Allegedly with this e-mail I can cancel but only if the 'cancel' section appears on my account which will not happen if my order is already being processed. Guess what - no it's not there. Do I assume my order is on its way? Bet it isn't!

Disgusting Service! Same experience as everyone else. Plants ordered 11th April, no delivery. Sent 4 support tickets asking for my money back but only received generic replies. The plants I ordered were spring/early summer and it is now probably too late to plant them, even if they did arrive. At no point did this greedy company think that it might be a good idea to stop taking new orders and catch up with the ones they already have or give refunds for the orders they cannot fulfil. I do not see a future for this company when the current problems are over, as who will use them when they read all these bad reviews!

Ditto! Placed order on 24.4.20 (600513464). Received 'please bear with us' email on 2.5.20. No further communication and still no plants. Like other reviews mention I think this company is taking advantage of the present situation, if not I think they should certainly think about a name change. Thank goodness local garden centres are open now.

This outfit should be done under the Trades Description legislation as "Express" it is not. Order placed 12/4/20, delivered 22/5/20 and one of the plants was dead. Chased up to find out when during the waiting period, and all we got was "Covid". Other companies also got orders from us, all were way better than this outfit, with deliveries from a couple of days to about 1 week. We use Facebook, and have noticed their updates, and rants when people leave bad feedback for them, even threats to block them. PLEASE BLOCK US, so we can't use you again.
