Why didnt I read the comments 😭 in the process of trying to return the rubbish they sent me and get a refund . My order arrived with most of the stems bare ( it is supposed to be evergreen) asked to send pics I did that, then had to chase for response.i was informed to expect plants to arrive " thirsty" and to persevere for another month! 😂 jokers..terrible company stay away and save your money Ripping people off is not cool I WANT MY MONEY BACK🤬

Don’t waste your money! I ordered plants and received twigs in a pot of dust. Even the twigs broke away when they were unpacked, leaving just the stem. Spoke on the ‘chat’ facility and after sending the requested pics was told they would ‘flourish’ - they might do in about 5 years time, if they even survive. Was then given the option to return at a postage cost to me, after already paying for delivery...which I would be prepared to incur if I had changed my mind, but not for inferior, sub standard products! Was given an email address to complain to and no response to either. Worst service ever and I would never use or recommend them

Do not buy from this company. I received a damaged miniature apricot tree (branch broken off)at Christmas. Even though I’ve sent them countless emails supported by photographic evidence, they have failed to sort out the problem or replace the tree. They do not reply to emails. Bad customer service.

I ordered a Corkscrew integra shrub/tree from this company, three weeks later that cancelled my order saying the plant was not up to their standard and stating they did not know when new stock would arrive. On their website the same shrub/tree is there again but with the price inflated by £20 to £39.99. I think this is disgusting.

Tree purchased was not as described and was very expensive. They put smaller specimen into a larger pot and charged me twice the price of the smaller item, although the tiny rootball was making no contact with most of the compost in the pot. Tried to contact company. No telephone access and they have ignored my emails and online tickets. Totally frustrated and now angry. Will never purchase from them again and advise others to avoid. Still attempting refund.

Never Again Recently Ordered plants from this company with reduced price for 2 of the same type. On arrival 1 was fine the other was distressed and in poor condition. I would not have purchased this item if I had visited a garden centre / nursery etc. Probably their way of getting rid of poor stock. waste of time contacting Gardening Express you complaints are just ignored.

So annoyed with myself for not reading reviews before ordering. Plants arrived very well packed. Unfortunately the plants are in need of "very intensive care" Have just started to communicate with them but not very hopeful. Never written a bad review in my life but do not want anyone to waste £70.00 like I have.

I would give ZERO starts if I could! It is now nearly a year since I ordered from this "company". Damaged and dead plants arrived all shoved into one box on top of each other for my £75 quid. I have been complaining on their totally useless ticket system ever since. It basically is a holding pattern to keep you at bay and fob you off until they close the ticket with no resolution. There seems to be no other way of getting through to them. I am persisting as I refuse to let these people keep my money and not be accountable for shocking service and goods that are not as described and went in the bin! They are quick to take your money but impossible to contact thereafter. All I can advise is do not use at all costs. Worst company I have ever used and I really hope they are one day found out and shut down .

Although I have bought from Gardening Express before the last order received from them was incomplete. All enquiries regarding the shortfall have been totally ignored. Abysmal aftersales service.

Sent me dead plants which they wanted pictures of and now want posting back at a cost that will be more than the plants are worth. All contact with them has been ignored. Dont waste your money.

Purchase 2 months ago.Total lack of customer service... closes tickets without them being resolved. No recourse what so ever, no contact number , I wonder why, stay away from this company!

I ordered a bamboo plant online which I liked a nice healthy specimen when the plant arrived it looked a sorrowful state nothing like the one on their website Advised me if I wasn't happy to return it when a refund would be given A very dissatisfied customer

I ordered plants from them, paid 48 pounds. Delivery took time but I don't mind about that, but I would like to show what they delivered first time and then what they delivered second time free of charge when I complained. I was offered a refund as they didn't have some in stock, but I was silly, I trusted to replacement delivery. I should have accepted a refund. I will never purchase anything from them ever again.

I bought several plants, over 2 orders, from Gardening Express. Most were perfect and have survived but a few of them were damaged so I contacted Gardening Express and raised a ticket with them, providing photos as requested. 8 weeks on I have had no response whatsoever from them, despite my trying several times to contact them. This is very poor customer service.

Do not order from this company!!, order never arrived, after months of emails and eventual refund demand, nothing was forthcoming, trading standards should really look into these fraudsters, Watch Dog needed to put these cowboys out of business.

Plants arrived were not as described. I have tried to contact this company, but I have had no response. Customer service non-existent. I would never use again and if anyone does, you have been warned.

When I ordered 2 plants their website said despatch would be within 2-3 days. After placing the order I received an email to say that in fact despatch would take up to 15 days. That was 21 days ago and no sign of the plants being sent.
