Only one plant out of three ok the other was in bud and still is 3 months later! Obviously not going to burst into life now. Also order raspberry coloured hydrangea got a cream one. No telephone number to contact them message service a waste of time.

Avoid these people!. They delivered the wrong roses. They were in poor condition covered in black spot. Its been impossible to get a response. Emails bounced. They have a fake chat system where they never respond. Give these guys a miss and save your money

Large circa 5ft Tricolour Hibiscus Tree DO NOT BUY THESE TREES!!! BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!! The trees were delivered bare rooted (as expected) and I immediately planted/cared for them as instructed. Three months later (from June to August) there is still no growth whatsoever and when snipping a stem back, no green or sign of life. Upon contacting the farcical 'fast messaging service' (as this is the only way to get in contact) and waiting literally hours for a response, I am told that there is only a 14 day return policy (and you have to pay to return the plants yourself anyway too). When the instructions say that there will be growth in a month or two, how the hell is anyone supposed to know that they are dead sticks before then; and return them. The messaging agent was totally unhelpful and dismissive. These trees were not cheap, but forgetting about the money, the customer service from this company is point blank the worst I have ever experienced. PURCHASE AT YOUR PERIL

Probably thr worse experience I've had from a provider in a long time. Order an assortment of plants sent me all the same some of which was damaged. After days of trying to reach them I provided photos. They then had the cheek to tell me that they could see no damage and that all the plants where assorted. I've now seen so many poor reviews which I wished I had read b4 I ordered. Please don't waste your money and line there pockets.

They delivered a dead plant. They make it as difficult as possible to contact them and then when they finally respond on their live messaging system, they state they are unable to assist. This is a dreadful company and should be avoided at all costs.

Absolutely shocking. DO NOT USE THEM Trading Standards need to be involved. They take your money, refuse to deal with complaints and after 21 days I still haven’t received my overpriced item

Last year I received a Tri-colour Hibiscus Tree as ordered. However, last year we had a few flowers of one colour, and this year so far we only have some green leaves. As a present my cousin ordered another one for our Golden Wedding Anniversary. However, this one arrived with not one leaf or flower. After 11 weeks the tree is exactly the same. Both my cousin and myself have contacted them on several occasions, even their so called 'live chat' but unfortunately you are only talking to a robot, and any question suggesting we want a refund is met with a negative answer such as 'I don't know that one'. This company are just a bunch of crooks.

Ordered 3 acer trees and got an offer to purchase Dalia tubers at reduced rate so I added them to the order. Trees took 3 weeks to arrive but no tubers. The trees were t in the best condition but are still thriving. I tried to contact the customer service via their “chat” facility but wasted over 5 hours but eventually got a reply with a promise of a refund. Roll on 3 months, no refund despite sending 10 emails. This company are shockingly bad, unless you have money to throw away avoid at all costs

Do not use this company! Ordered a hydrangea which arrived in a damaged box two weeks late. The hydrangea was supposed to be a ‘large specimen’ on opening the box I found a twig with a few leaves and not a flower in sight. I bought another large specimen on the same day from a garden centre and can’t believe the difference. This company is a rip off company do not buy from them!

I have just received dahlia tubers, August 5th. I was under the impression I was buying dahlia plants. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Beware!

I placed my order in March and received a plant covered in mould in May. This was only half my order. We are now August and I'm still waiting for my additional plants. I have had my computer up and running connected to their message Bot for Days and still no answer. They keep going on about sending a picture on their website, but has anyone actually found how to send it to them or contact them in any way at all!!??? If anyone at GE reads these messages please contact me. My Order number # 600991920

Really upsettingly bad service! Plants dead on arrival and no way to contact the company for any help or a refund. Avoid this company they will take your money and give you very poor quality plants in return. Daylight robbery

Absolute con, avoid at all costs. The plants that arrive are unhealthy and nothing like the descriptions. One of the plants ordered was missing from the order, so used the online chat three times (which is the only option) and got no response each time. It's clear the lack of ability to contact Gardening Express is done on purpose, so they have basically stolen my money.

Had an email on a Wednesday to say it had been despatched for next day without any advanced warning. Two trees were eventually delivered by DX 5 days later at 6pm on Monday, today. On opening the box, it was no surprise to find that one tree was dead and the other tree had completely snapped in half and was turned right over in the box. Their website tells you all the things you need to do if an item is damaged including taking photos but nowhere and I mean nowhere does it tell you how to send the photos. there is no phone number, no email addresses. no addresses to write to snail mail. I am really upset about it and feel like this is a cowboy outfit.

As others have said, why isn't there a 'no star' option for reviewing this company? I ordered a tulip tree and received a bare root plant. I soaked it then potted it up and waited, and waited, and waited. A month later and no sign of life. So then I waited for 2 hours on their 'live' chat to get through to someone. I uploaded photos, including a scraped bark test, and was told that all I had to do was send it back and I would get a refund. I duly sent back the stick and waited, and waited. Nothing. I tried to get back onto the live chat but after waiting for 50 minutes (when it had said a wait time of 45), it then suddenly announced that the wait would be 'several hours'. Suffice to say I am now going down the chargeback route and will never use them again.

Goods ordered 20 July 2021. Delivery quoted 5-10 working days. Still showing on website as not processed. No communication available. No Customer service. Feels like a scam.
