“Very simple process and very quick. Would be good to have an extra section or two to write more specific instructions (especially around state division) or joint wills for married/ defacto people? Overall a positive experience.”
“I tried to compare a few different options. For the paper based option, this seem to be the best. It is easy to use with most of the options I needed. Thanks”
“So easy. If I had known how easy their site made the process I would have done it years ago. Nice modern interface and easy to understand what can be a daunting process.”
“Had a problem changing/editing-cash bequests... it had a tick in the top right hand box but no edit button.
Otherwise - found it okay to navigate. Was good having the meanings on the left.. easy to read/understand.”
“As someone who is not very familiar with this kind of thing it was so easy and user friendly. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a will. Thank you!”
