“The form was easy to follow. I would have liked an option whilst completing the form to 'not' have to name a 'backup executor'. Having no other family in Australia, I was frustrated that I was forced to enter something in the required fields to allow me to complete the form.”

“We did a free will as that suited us best at this time , great to have the documents saved on the website , in case paper copies get lost . Also found the site offers lots of other services and information .”

“I was totally satisfied with the process BUT did not find a section where I could bequest a specific item to a particular person - for example I have a ring I want to be passed onto someone and not sold as part ofm my estate - maybe have a section for specific bequests.”
