“what an awesome service, i love that its free. i think the instructions could be a little clearer for those of us that have never written a will before, and when adding your beneficiaries all the names for previously added executors and guardians show up which is a little confusing. having an executor and backup executor is confusing, i ended up selecting a friend as executor and my wife as back up? i wasn't sure what's suggested here. and when finished, it doesnt positively confirm that emails have been sent to executor or partner, im assuming it has? absolutely fantastic, would highly recommend.”

“Fairly easy to use. Ask some questions that didnt seem necessary. A lot of emphasis on giving gifts when I wasnt giving any. Otherwise nice and simple and hoping it has used the necessary wording to make it trouble free for my children to manage when I pass. Liked being able to do it on the spot and print straight away for no cost.”
