regarding how long my claim will take,how much I am entitled too.I am still in pain with my back and neck -physio can't help me and has requested that my insurer puts me in contact with a consultant,I'm still waiting. I have been unable to return to work as a teacher.”
“I was quoted a great price as I was halfway filling the online form, and customer service rep from admiral (I believe a Welsh Company too!) phoned me saying he could help me complete the form on the telephone. I told him that on my previous insurance that I had a water leak and reported it to them. After talking to my previous insurers about the possibility of making a claim. Which I did not do ( I had the job repaired for £5.00 using my friend who is fully qualified!) After telling the admiral rep this he said he was going to make a record (I could hear him typing in) that would be seen by all insurers and if I remember he added £170 on top of the online quote,, just for me reporting the incident to my insurer without even making a claim! So no I cannot recommend this company to anyone. It was wrong for them to contact me in the middle of completing the online form on your site with a view to increasing the online quote.

“Not easy to access admiral especially emergency situation. Still bit insecure without documents on my hands when there is no internet connection in countryside how do I contact them for help which needed to be looked into.”
“After taking out policy they claimed I had motoring convictions which I had not declared. This was clearly wrong as I have never had any motoring convictions. This took some time to sort out with Admiral. No apology or explanation was provided by Admiral for their clear mistake!.”
