“Problems at beginning re payments , customer service was terrible ,not very helpful , come to renew as existing customer price gone up instead of down , but can get it cheaper if I was new customer ? How about cheaper insurance for those who don’t claim and are responsible /carful drivers ,”

“Clearly cancelled the policy charged me £25 for the privilege doubled it £50 when I refused to pay now chasing me relentlessly for the money but phone text and email”

“Had to pay extra z £60 because I had a speeding fine 5 years. My license is clear I've checked it but they said it's still on there .. I told them I will go with someone else next year and they where not bothered”

“Wasn’t impressed that the fact I work in the motor trade I am unable to drive other people’s cars i.e friends cars that are full comp covered. I understand that certain insurance companies have different criteria but it should have stated this when I put my profession. I would of looked for a different provider if I had known”

“Awful customer service, I phoned up to enquirer about my policy and was told I did not have insurance with them. Which was a very stressful experience as this was 6 months into the policy. I then had to contact them again when I finally got on the phone to someone who could understand my concern and was able to respond appropriately in no time at all.”

“after having to wait on the phone for over 20 minutes, i had to repeat the same information 4 times, despite me already inputting the details on-line??? whats the point of a on-liner contact when you have to call anyway!!!!!! terrible customer service, very poorly lead, the website states you can do all this on-line.....thats a lie!!! you end up having to call!!!”
