“Will not be renewing with Axa next time no matter how cheap the quote is. My ex partner was hit and involved in a non fault claim. 3 years later they are still penalising me for this. Insurance is based on risk and from my increased quote they are still charging ME extra for an accident I was not even involved in.”

“My last car insurance company bombarded me with e-mails which was really annoying. I'm happy to say I haven't heard from AXA since taking out the policy a year ago which is how it should be.”

“Insurance was easily and quickly arranged and I was able to subsequently amend my policy and access my documents online. I have phoned their customer service helpline and they very helpful and prompt in their response.”
