“as an 85-yearold i am not very good on -line but with a little bit of help from a friend i did manage reasonably well. I have managed to print the documents with a little bit of help, but oh how i do miss being able to do it all by royal mail !!!”

“Good customer service from the call centre and it's easy to locate and print your documents online. Luckily I haven't had to make a claim so can't comment on the most important part of car insurance.”

“One of the best insurance companies I have used. I didn't renew for the sake of a few £ a month.. My policy has 1hr left and I'm already thinking that I should probably have paid the extra few pounds to stay with them. The website is one of the simplest I have used. Hopefully I will come back again soon.”
