“Been with Budget for a few years now and have always been treated very well by them. This year I phoned and spoke to a lady and she said we will renew on the date with card details we have and I agreed. Just wish she had checked and told me my card would have been out of date as I then received e mail telling me card had been rejected and I got a charge of £20 was not very happy with this as surely the girl should have noticed when I phoned to renew.”
