“Compared to my previous insurer the premium was competitive. When renewal was due I was on holiday but because I opted for automatic renewal my cover continued and to my surprise my premium had reduced. I don't think that has ever happened to me. As I have yet to make a claim (God forbid) I can't comment on that process.”
