“My only problem with budget was it cost an absolute fortune when I had to phone them,I was not happy when I got my phone bill”

“One important thing for me was the date of direct debit. I stated 1st of month but it is being taken around 17th or 18th of month for some reason. Not what I asked for.”

“Cheap and cheerful, never waiting on hold, calls answered straight away. The web portal works well and policy changes can be made there. Only downside is they will charge you for everything, admin costs apparently.”

“For the first time I have had to make a claim for an accident abroad this year. The medical centre who treated me, dealt directly with the insurance, I just had to pay the excess. Very happy with the service.”
