“I was quoted a renewal price which was considerably higher than the current year, I looked on a comparison website and the price for my car, as a new customer was much less than I had been quoted, I called budget to question this, they very quickly changed the quote to the same bar a few pence to my previous years cost, it wasn’t the cheapest quote on the site but as I had been with budget for the last couple of years and the service was good, speaking to someone who can and does sort the issue out there and then is a huge bonus, I decided to stay with budget”

“Never needed to claim,so don't know about that aspect. Reasonabley priced motor insurance. Price goes up each year by what i consider a reasonable amount. Been with this company a good few years, no problems.”
