“I have dealt with Budget Insurance for many many years, both for House Insurance and Car Insurance, and have never wanted to change. Their Customer Service is always excellent and it is super easy to renew my insurances. Their quotes are always very good - they will happily find you the best deal (on one occasion less than the previous year!). The RAC breakdown which comes with the car insurance is excellent too - 365 days a year. I can very happily recommend Budget Insurance, and have done, many times.”

“Tried to penalise me for my card being declined on auto renew - even though my old card had expired. When I complained the staff on the customer services were VERY rude. Awful experience.”

“Charged £65 to cancel the policy after 11 days, so within the 14 day cooling off period as policy starts from 15/11. No they state 14 days for when I purchased it. Total rip off. Avoid at all cost. Years premium was only £149!”

“Haven’t had a bad experience with budget insurance Been insuring with you for a number of years just don’t understand how the price of insurance keeps going up 🤷🏻‍♂️ Surely loyal customers should get some kind of discount. Will be looking elsewhere next year. Sorry 😐”

“Annoyed on renewal as I found much lower quotes. On talking to them they lowered their quote to within £5 of that so I renewed just to save the hassle. Well fine but why not give a competitive quote to start with. One is led to believe it’s because enough people don’t bother trying.”

“Competitive price but difficult to deal with when making no fault claims. Lots of calls going over the same thing makes it very frustrating as a customer when it is already stressful enough. Month in and Budget increased the premium due to a 'clerical error'. Eventually resolved but unnecessary in the first instance. Hearing that premiums are increasing in lockdown, why is that given less mileage and fewer claims nationwide?”
