“I prefer budget insurance because they offer value for money , offer advice to suit your needs rather than to increase your premium, and genuinely seem to respect their clients. Provided this remains the same I intend to be a long term customer”

“Poor. Claims handling company - N.I.G. - lied about a phone interaction then, when caught lying, claimed they had just made an error. Budget didn't give a damn and took no responsibility.”
