“Only one star because your system does not cater for zero stars. I will change to another company this year. Appalling service, mind numbing hours at the end of automated phone music and claim not dealt with after 8 months. Never their problem despite calls and amils. Using a solicitor now and court system. I think they do not have the money to honour the insurance contract. Dreadful.”

“Hi I recently insured my car through budget car insurance using confused.com, this proved to be quick and easy to do. Overall I saved £100 compared to my previous insurer. I also gained use of a replacement vehicle in event of an accident. I have recommended confused.com and budget to my family members and friends.”
