“My car had to be repaired after a fox ran into the front of the car this was in September 2021 and guess what it's now February 2022 and my car still is not repaired aw car body repairs who budget use keep saying the specialist is dealing with it wow so speacial can't even do a simple job so yeah budget insurance I would not recommend to any one I know as they made me go with the aw repairs dreadful service and my insurance went up as well rubbish service”

“Everything is made so easy. I was pleasantly surprised at my renewal when the price and my monthly instalment was about the same as last year and no huge increase. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful and nothing too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Budget insurance to new customers.”

“I changed my address for my car insurance and was charged a £25 admin fee and had my premium increased by £30+. I have a second car insured with a different company. I was able to change my address online with that insurance company and the premium was reduced.”

“We have been waiting for 8 months for 3rd party claim. Not once have we missed a payment.We've already send all our documents. Every time i've spoken to an agent there is something else that we need to send. This is really bad service. Access fees has been paid last year already. We send the documents so many times, but theres always something else they need from us. This morning i phoned them again and its the same story. And I'm a pensioner, I can't do it or take it anymore. So many times I asked them to speak to a director or ceo but they dont want to give me any contactnr. Please if anyone anyone can help me. I really need your help. It's been 8 month and we still waiting.”
