“Budget has dealt with my claim extremely efficiently and painlessly. I have had problems with the company carrying out the repairs but this is nothing to do with Budget. I have been very impressed with the procedures used to process my claim.”

“Increased my premium by £250 automatic renewal and as an existing customer I should have paid more attention as loyalty has cost me. Poor service and punishment for loyalty will not keep customers.”

“Never needed to claim,so don't know about that aspect. Reasonabley priced motor insurance. Price goes up each year by what i consider a reasonable amount. Been with this company a good few years, no problems.”

“Totally Incompetent company, the clue Is In the name BUDGET (Cheap) they do all they can to penalise you through no fault of your own, You only have to look at their horrendous negative reviews on the Internet to tell you all you need to know that they are to be avoided, go with a well known named company for £20 more rather than these clowns !! Disgraceful company”
