“Very annoying that they don't send the renewal notice until you chase it a week before expiry. Its happened on two consecutive years now and they obviously don't take any notice when you point out that this is not acceptable. Cannot recommend for this reason. Also long wait to answer their phone.”

“Made a request for proof of no claims bonus. Budget required me to send proof of previous no claims bonus with another insurance company - which I did. Budget then sent me their maximum "Company" proof of no claims bonus - which is 9 years. My request was for the full 14 years of no claims bonus - which I currently have on my vehicle. Budget it appears will not honour my request. Basically robbing me of 5 years no claims bonus.”
