“This review is about Budget website. Everytime I try to log in to my account it fails to recognise my password so I change it, however it still doesn't allow log in; it reverts back to log in page where the process is repeated but the log in page reappears :-(”

“Fortunately I haven't had to use Budget because I've been involved in an accident (cross fingers, touch wood etc). However Budget has always made it easy to renew with advice in advance and any changes to the policy clearly explained. Budget is also very good value for money.”

“Simple to use website.had to change direct debit dates a few times due to employer changing payment dates and could do so easily. Auto renew takes hassle out off looking for other quotes elsewhere.although loyal customers could be incentivised with a lower monthly payment as if I shopped around I’d find it cheaper elsewhere.not a problem with budget in over 6 years insuring with them.”
