“This is the best insurance company I’ve ever been with, price is really good and they tell me each month how much is coming out of my account. I had my rear window broken last year, and they sorted it within hours, and didn’t hike the price of insurance the following year. Brilliant, completely satisfied.”

“Original quote was competitive. I called to sort it out and all was ok. Then I get a message saying that I wasn’t set up to automatically pry, so I get charged an extra £20 and now my cost is more than other companies? Why was I not told until it was too late, so that I had to pay a penalty?”
