“in a case that has been going on for 2 years.my company have taken months months to send me any new info,like a witness statement that was written 7 months after the incident took over 2 years to pass this to me,my insurers and solicitor are now running scared because the claimant has a FRAUDULENT witness who has produced a fraudulently written statement.this witness was never ever present at the scene. ive paid for legal protection and do so expecting any legal action to be with a solicitor who believes me not them as this seems to be the case. this has been very very poorly dealt with and the solicitor cant even pick up on all the lies this claimant is making !!”

“Rachel at Budget insurance helped with my renewal. She was very polite, knowledgeable, explained various aspects very clearly in an "easy to understand" way. I cannot recommend Budget highly enough for their staff, pricing and all round good value for money.”

“The quick response and the way the call handler dealt with my situation was outstanding and very informative. The only thing that stop me giving 5 startwas I still haven't received an email for the conversation we had for my records. If I could it would be 4.5 stars”
