“Unfriendly, unhelpful on the telephone, telling me to use my online account, RAC did not respond to my call out for breakdown and I cancelled the request AFTER 6 HOURS of waiting.”

“Overall good, but when I have upgraded my Address, I’ve been told that it’s going up by £32 a month . After trying to put my Partner on as a second Driver I have been told another £32 would be added per month. As I know most Insurance would be cheaper when you add a second driver.”

“Helped me out with a no claim against me . Always helped me with any problems that arose from my claim. Not so sure about their brokers tho , they gave me some miss information regarding my claim. but budget were very good.”

“VERY DISSATISFIED. Unfortunately you would not negotiate at all over the price quoted. You substantially charged me more money than last year, despite my not having made any claims whatsoever. I am very unhappy with this position, although I did renew with you as I found it too daunting to attempt to swap to another company. Having said that, and the fact that I have TWO cars insured with you, I will probably make the effort next year and switch to another insurance ‘broker’. Not happy at all. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to reestablish GOODWILL!”

“£35 cancellation fee. After years of customer loyalty, I have to cancel as Budget doesn’t cover what I need. Now they will charge me to cancel their cover. Very greedy business policy. I won’t return. Or recommend.”
