“I shopped around but I couldn't find a price lower than Budget's renewal quotation so I just left them to it. I duly received a notification by email informing me that it had been dealt with and everything was in order when I logged on to check. It couldn't have been easier.”

“Dissapointed, had a renewal quote over the phone, which although it had gone up a lot on previous year, I accepted. When you took the full payment out of my bank , you took an extra £45.00 above my verbal quote. After a phone call to your office I did get a return of my 45.00, but I should not had to do this. Think next year I will shop around.”

“This insurance company came in cheapest for me when i was searching online. But as the policy started i quickly regretted my decision. They made excuses about my previous no claims bonus 'not being enough proof' and slapped a charge on me! Their admin fees are disgustingly high, even though you are doing the work yourself online. Don't recommend and will not be insurancing with them next renewal”
