“I have paid my renewal in full, yet I have been pestered twice with letters threatening to cancel my insurance, saying I have not made payments. It is a very unpleasant situation to be put in. B Shelley M.I.M.I”

“Your first quote was very high, but when I pointed this out your representative found a quote around £100 cheaper within about 5 minutes. Why don't you do this research BEFORE giving your first quote. Second quote was still £20 more than elsewhere, but I couldn't be bothered with all the effort required to change so I stuck with you. NOT BRILLIANT”

“As always the renewal quote was substantially higher than last year. I always access online quotes before phoning Budget to see what they can do. I never compare the cheapest quote, because I believe that these are often too good to be true. Spoke to the Budget representative who was incredibly friendly and helpful and was able to beat the price of the most 'realistic' quote I had found - I've been with Budget for my van insurance for several years now, and am likely to continue with them with service like that! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Been with this company a few yrs, renewal crept up quite a bit, did the usual online compare quotes, most were cheaper for the same cover, cancelled renewal with Budget, got a call asking why? Simple answer is, no value for customer loyalty, all insurance companies think like this nowadays, greedy over charging for policies, penny pinching at every opportunity. Tole them I'll be going elsewhere, so they offered a slightly lower renewal price, still more pricier than other quotes told them, I'm off, better deals elsewhere, so after a bit of bartering, they agreed to match my lowest quote. This shouldn't be the case, life's hard enough without extra grief at renewal time. If they wack up the renewal again, I'm defo going elsewhere. Buyers market as with any policy, always shop around folks, is my advice.”
