“Failed to give any notice of automatic renewal. "ILLEGAL" I received a text 3 days after the renewal had taken place and then was charged £30 cancellation fee. Refunded after 3 days of complaining and being lied to by telephone enquiry staff. Appalling experience. You may think I agreed to automatic renewal which I did not. When you fill out the online form you are forced to accept automatic renewal or go elsewhere. My advice is go elsewhere.”

“I like the fact the app is easy to use . Staff are friendly however not keen on the late charges and the fact the insurance doesn’t come down much in price as a continued customer .”

“I have had Budget insurance for a few years now! being a senior motorist I need extra with RAC home start etc. As my yearly mileage is under 2,000. (due basically from Covid 19) I needed to discuss me options, The Budget call centre listened to my needs and another years' insurance was put in place, happy customer.”

“Nine times out of ten I look round for the best deal when my insurances are due. The renewal with Budget for my van was so good I just let it renew automatically so no stress or grief brilliant.”
