“only second year with budget ins. and yet to make a claim. the price is good compared with others i have tried but i hope loyalty will be rewarded when it comes with next years renewal quote. people on the other end of the phone were patient and helpful.”

“Excellent price for my contents policy but way out on motor insurance. Got covererd loke for like for nearly 50% less than yge quote. Very friendly and helpfull staff but I was very dissapointed.”

“Extremely helpful Customer Service and they do try to get the best deal for you. Price wise, competitive, but good customer service is really important to me so I always check other companies as well on renewal. If I e found something cheaper, with the same cover, I would inform them to see if they will match it.”
