Waiting after a week of calling Budget Insurance & being on hold for over 10min each time because Cancelations are only done via a call. " First in line" for well over 5 minutes....

On 2 May 2024 I phoned Budget Vap warranty department to cancel my warranty the guy who assisted me was so rude, the call was cut off before we finished the conversation and he never bothered to call back to complete he went straight to sending a cancellation letter, so bloody rude

Insurance gone up from £36.83 in February to £58.62 now. Huge increase in 2 months so will look for another Insurance provider.

Cancelled my insurance with no notice which is illegal I have been pulled over for no insurance when I am meant to be insured with you you have taken payment but cancelled my insurance with no notice or reason looking at 6 points and a fine because of your company error expect the biggest lawsuit your company will ever face please no one use this company they are also being investigated for fraud as they took payment for the insurance and cancellation with no warning or reason Again PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF ALL THIS AND USE A DIFFRENT COMPANY THEY WONT BE AROUND FOR MUCH LONGER

Paid for insurance over the phone on renewal then was told a later payment could not be taken whic my bank dismissed as not happened. Along with that they asked for a failed payment amount for £20 & there letter stated that £206 + the £20 fine I owed £206! Clearly they can’t add up & run an insurance company. The cheapest insurance usually means the most hassle NEVER AGAIN

Poor service when comes to claim they mentioned a lot of things when they had to process my claim on I won't recommend them particularly on home content insurance

got quote over phone £197,THEN I CHECKED MY CREDIT CARD AND WAS CHARGED £220,ALSO STOPPED MY ATOU RENEWAL LAST YEAR AND THEY DID NOT CANCELL,DREADFUL EXPERIENCE ,DEF WOULD NOT USE AGAIN,SAID THEY WOULD GET BACK TO ME AFTER THEY CHECKED PHONE CONVERSATION STILL WAITING

where do I begin, I paid for my insurance on my credit card, which Budget then said i’d not paid and charged me an unpaid card fee. So i contacted my credit card company who said that the payment had gone through. Budget insurance were threatening to cancel my insurance so I paid the full amount on my debit card, I had to claim the payment back from my credit card as there was nothing wrong with it, in the mean time Budget have refunded me a part of the policy as they had an error and are waiting to recharge me. I just feel that they don’t have a clue what they are doing, and the customer is paying the price for their mistakes.

Some customers are not English speaking. Please get sales consultants that can speak languages that one can understand. We are not all English speaking. Claims are being rejected merely because of a language barrier…even when a customer is struggling to answer questions, there’s no assistance whatsoever…disappointing to have claims rejected, and you can hear clearly that the customer is struggling to answer what is asked.

made a claim, on July 03rd 2022, no fault of my own. hold no responsibility whatsoever, 100% not accountable, the service so far, NOTHING...! taking premiums a prompt, rapid, no hanging about, very quick, process. paying out a claim that has dragged on 19 months, well that's another story...!

Budget automatically renew my insurance without even a phone call ,so we will not be renewing next year ,cost me£202.00 when I could have had insurance fro. Another company for £174.00 .wasn't too pleased at all especially when everypenny counts these days.

The first year is fine. Comes up for renewal and they mark up 70%. Disappointed as I have 5 properties and have to hunt around for a better deal

Well,, I am really not happy! My monthly instalments went from £59.03 to £149.55 which is outrageous!!!!! With no exclamation to Why!!!!!! In the New Year, I am probably not going to be continuing with my policy!

I’ve full no claims was paying 53 pounds a month for my car renewal comes up at 73 pounds a month, I will be shopping elsewhere next year👎
