I simply asked could I increase the annual mileage from 7,000 to 10,000 miles. I was told yes for an administrative fee of £26 plus £96. I will NOT be renewing my policy. I have been with budget insurance for 10 years without a claim

Current service is ‘I’d pay more for a company I can talk too!’ The day of the accident they were amazing, it then fell in a heap!!! Sorry I won’t use them again, nor recommend them.

After buying a new car I phoned to make the change to my existing policy. To my great surprise I was told thru would not insure me for my new car. I was not given a reason. Strangely I was then told that actually they could insure my but quoted me a ridiculously high price £600 more than my existing policy for a car that should be in same insurance bracket. Then to add insult to injury they did not refund me for my existing policy as that would cover my cancellation fee. Would not recommend.

Unfortunately, after being a loyal customer, one would think that Budget as a company would like to look after their customers. When I complained as the renewal was almost double of what I paid in this last year. When I said to your representative that I would have to look elsewhere, there was no fight to keep me as a customer. I was told “OK”

I would like to know why my insurance has risen by an extra £40per month and I haven’t even had a claim. I will be looking to go elsewhere as soon as I can

Price nearly doubled than last year. If I also had building insurance but with only content insurance I wouldn’t have minded nearly double the price it is not acceptable.

Company set up automatic renewal with either my knowledge or my permission. Failed to honour my renewal quote until I insisted. Unable to access my documents online as promised. Asked for personal details to be sent via unsecured email. Would have been easier and cheaper to find another insurer. Certainly won't be renewing with this shower next year.

Have had car insurance for 3 years now. Decided to auto renew this year & the cost went up 85%. Loyalty does not exist here at all. I’ve not claimed during this time either. Complete joke. Out to get as much out of the customer as possible. Disgusting.

Cartel in operation Web sites carry ‘selected’ insurers.. so use multiple sites.. strange how when you our discover tge ‘actual’ insurers there often underwriting multiple companies who act as a front only.. NOT ENOUGH TELESALES … waited 35 mins for phone to be picked up!! Then going I’m talking to someone in South Africa… and couldn’t help!!! Insurers still hiding behind covid restrictions … ‘call times longer that normal’. When was normal 35 minutes??? Or longer… ripped off badly … assisted by government regulations allowing the motorist to be consistently ripped off

Everything fine until you make a claim had a minor accident more than 2 months ago and still cannot get a date when my vehicle is going to be repaired. No one wants to take responsibility keep getting passed from one department to another. Very frustrating
