Good service when I renewed, though for some reason I wasn’t sent a reminder, I hope this doesn’t happen again.

Happy apart from a £25 charge for every little change. Never had to call them out yet, so can’t comment on recovery service. Customer Service staff seem helpful.

Really easy renewal process. I was expecting my renewal to be overpriced like everyone else but it wasn’t , I was so glad! So far great company to deal with, just hope if I need them they are good then too!

Very unhelpful when I wanted to change vehicle 4 months through policy. Lots of miss advice given! Staff training needs to be given! They told me the company they insured me with wouldn’t insure the new vehicle didn’t give reason just said I had to cancel policy with a £45 cancellation fees. Then take out another policy for 12 months which was over £300 found another company that had more on its policy for £186. Told cancellation fee would now be £45 plus £21 money outstanding on policy, received an email 4 days after cancellation with outstanding balance £66 said if not paid within 7 days it would be passed on to the dept collectors. Phoned today to pay and now told the outstanding charge is £105. The original insurance for the year was around £170. I’ve already paid £84 for 4 months + now the £105 cost more for the 4 months than a full year! Do not use this company if you are thinking of changing your car mid way through the year! Wish I had stayed with HALIFAX insurance who have been amazing! Lesson learned don’t go with an insurance company to save an initial £20 cheaper on renewal! Worst experience and now £105 less in my bank account!!! I was told by Yasmin customer service she would have to listen through the other callers telephone calls to see if I was lying about the information I was given amount the amount I owed. Will never use this company again worst experience ever received!!! 😡

Wife and myself in car crash before Christmas, driver of transit going the wrong way on a dual carriageway (see photo). Daughter contacted company on my behalf as I was hospitalised. Apart from giving a case number nothing else. When able to follow up the following March, the experience from then until now as case not resolved is extremely disappointing. Apart from the underwriters and solicitor who have been very helpful (hence the two stars) the other draw a zero; that also includes the police as well. Its' all down to communication, keeping me in loop. For example in my account there's a space for showing active cases - on mine it's blank! I have to contact either by email or phone. It would be nice if someone contacted me even to say there's no progress. My wife and myself are still recovering the effects of the crash and me from two ops to rebuild my right elbow. I know cases of this sort take time, but being left in the dark doesn't help.

Easy to use. This is my 3rd yèar with Budget Insurance. Very competitive premium. I've never had to contact Budget with a claim so unable to comment on service.

Easy to set up the policy. I am now on my 2nd year with Budget . Fingers crossed that I won't need them over this next year,but if I do I hope that they will be easy to deal with .

You doubled my insurance for no reason not had a claim got another years no claims but it's gone up £500 for no reason I no insurances go up but that's ridiculous not happy

Renewal was automatically with an increae on the premium I did want to alter the details but i was quoted a large admin fee. I'll most probably be locked in as the email reminder was missed or not received.
