“We will never use Budget again. After offering my own car insurance to the worker, he said that he did not need it and proceeded to charge me over $250 for their insurance. Our car was filthy, sticky, and smelled. We paid over twice as much as everyone else who rented a car on our family vacation. When we called to complain afterwards we had to call several times before talking to anyone about our concerns.”

“When it came to renewal Budget was not the cheapest but was comparable with most other leading insurers. After phone call I got a small discount.of original quote. Not needed to claim so far but found Budget easy to talk to so I am happy so far.”

“In the end it turned out good. Why you don’t just give customers the best price for renewal, save everyone’s time, ringing round for quotes, then contacting you with a more competitive price, then you say we can do it for the same price. What a big waste of time. Hopefully next year will be different. Thanks anyway, at least I didn’t have to change.”

“I would of been a lot happier if it wasn't so expensive I know your not the most expensive but I'd have a happier face if it was £100 or even £50 less .Still easy to deal with and would probably still recommend you. Thanks.”
