“The online access is handy and whenever I have called customer service, they've been quick to help. The major downside is if you ever miss a payment, there's a hefty price increase on your monthly amount which I've never had with any other insurer.”

“Current service is ‘I’d pay more for a company I can talk too!’ The day of the accident they were amazing, it then fell in a heap!!! Sorry I won’t use them again, nor recommend them.”

“After buying a new car I phoned to make the change to my existing policy. To my great surprise I was told thru would not insure me for my new car. I was not given a reason. Strangely I was then told that actually they could insure my but quoted me a ridiculously high price £600 more than my existing policy for a car that should be in same insurance bracket. Then to add insult to injury they did not refund me for my existing policy as that would cover my cancellation fee. Would not recommend.”

“Telephone service no problem. Your online website, a lot to be desired, I’ve given up trying to down load my certificate a paperwork! Oops there seems to be a problem, try again later🤦‍♂️😡!!!!”

“Unfortunately, after being a loyal customer, one would think that Budget as a company would like to look after their customers. When I complained as the renewal was almost double of what I paid in this last year. When I said to your representative that I would have to look elsewhere, there was no fight to keep me as a customer. I was told “OK””
