“VERY DISSATISFIED. Unfortunately you would not negotiate at all over the price quoted. You substantially charged me more money than last year, despite my not having made any claims whatsoever. I am very unhappy with this position, although I did renew with you as I found it too daunting to attempt to swap to another company. Having said that, and the fact that I have TWO cars insured with you, I will probably make the effort next year and switch to another insurance ‘broker’. Not happy at all. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to reestablish GOODWILL!”

“£35 cancellation fee. After years of customer loyalty, I have to cancel as Budget doesn’t cover what I need. Now they will charge me to cancel their cover. Very greedy business policy. I won’t return. Or recommend.”

“I found budget insurance to be more competitive after being with SAGA several years where the prices kept going up and up every year. Upon renewal , I was sent a renewal notice which unfortunately was higher to what I could get online. I phoned the company and spoke to customer services and discussed the quote on line being cheaper. After careful consideration , I was given a cheaper renewal price but the letter sent to me afterwards quoted a different price. I again phoned the customer services and this was reviewed and I was given a better renewal premium. The end result was good but if possible , I would ask the Budget management to look at the process for renewing and retaining existing customers as well as trying to get new customers . Thank you.”
